Pembangunan jembatan berfungsi untuk menghubungkan arus lalu lintas dengan baik, dalam perencanaan dan perancangan jembatan memerlukan pertimbangan terhadap fungsi kebutuhan transportasi, persyaratan teknis dan estetika arsitektural. Perencanaan pembangunan Prestressed Concrete I Girder jembatan memperhatikan aspek penting yang meliputi aspek teknis, ekonomi, dan keamanan. Ketiga aspek mempunyai kegunaan penting untuk menghindari risiko atau kendala saat proses pembangunan seperti risiko teknis, risiko akibat lingkungan, dan risiko keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja. 

Penelitian ini menggunakan Launcher dan Crane sebagai metode pemasangan PCI Girder Jembatan Nguter. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil dan evaluasi metode pelaksanaan PCI Girder Jembatan Nguter, mengetahui potensi risiko atau kendala yang timbul terhadap evaluasi PCI Girder Jembatan Nguter, dan untuk mengetahui hasil evaluasi metode pelaksanaan PCI Girder pada proses pembangunan Jembatan Nguter dengan kesesuaian anggaran biaya yang direncanakan. 

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemasangan PCI Girder menggunakan crawler crane lebih efektif dibandingan menggunakan gantry launcher. Sementara, pelaksanaan gantry launcher lebih aman dan stabil dalam manajemen risiko pada proses erection girder. Pelaksanaan crawler crane lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan gantry launcher dalam biaya pekerjaan PCI Girder. Dengan hasil biaya crane sebesar Rp. 9.733.326.131,30 dan hasil biaya launcher sebesar Rp. 9.843.525.943,80.

Bridge construction functions to connect traffic flows well, in planning and designing bridges requires consideration of the function of transportation needs, technical requirements and architectural aesthetics. The construction planning of the Prestressed Concrete I Girder bridge pays attention to important aspects which include technical, economic, and safety aspects. The three aspects have important uses to avoid risks or obstacles during the development process such as technical risks, environmental risks, and occupational safety and health risks. This study uses Launcher and Crane as the installation method of PCI Girder Nguter Bridge. 

This study aims to find out the results and evaluation of the PCI Girder implementation method of the Nguter Bridge, to find out the potential risks or obstacles that arise to the evaluation of the PCI Girder Girder of the Nguter Bridge, and to find out the results of the evaluation of the PCI Girder implementation method in the construction process of the Nguter Bridge with the suitability of the planned cost budget.

Based on the results of this study, it is shown that the implementation of PCI Girder installation using crawler cranes is more effective than using gantry launchers. Meanwhile, the implementation of gantry launchers is safer and more stable in risk management in the girder erection process. The execution of crawler cranes is more efficient compared to gantry launchers in the cost of PCI Girder work. With the result of the crane cost of Rp. 9,733,326,131.30 and the result of the launcher cost of Rp. 9,843,525,943.80.
