Analisis Tata Kelola PPK Ormawa UGM dalam Mendukung Implementasi Program Pengabdian dan Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Mahasiswa

Community service is one of the pillars of the Tridharma of Higher Education, and PPK Ormawa is an example of how it is being implemented. It provides a forum for academics concrete to development by directly address societal issues and needs. In order to accomplish sustainable development goals, community service is widely implemented through an empowerment model that puts the community as the focus subject of development initiatives. It is now an inevitable aspect of development to deal with the difficulties and barriers of community empowerment-based development initiatives. In order to prevent difficulties and constrains from becoming major obstacles to the program's viability, good governance is required. In the context of this research, the governance of community empowerment-based development programs is specifically discussed in relation to the PPK Ormawa in Universitas Gadjah Mada. The PPK Ormawa UGM contingent has shown consistent involvement in the program each year since 2022. Until this research was conducted, there were a total of 26 community service and empowerment programs by UGM student teams funded by PPK Ormawa. This research aims to review the internal governance conducted by the University as Support System, in this case, the Subdirectorate of Student Creativity, Ditmawa UGM, and the Nawasatya UGM Community (formerly the UGM PHBD Center), and then examine its relation to the implementation of community service and empowerment programs by students. The review was conducted using the Logical Framework Analysis framework, including: 1) Context analysis; 2) Stakeholder analysis; and 3) Problem analysis. The researcher used qualitative research methods with thematic data analysis techniques. The themes that emerge from the thematic analysis are then used to analyze within the framework of the Logical Framework Approach. The intervention carried out by the Governance of PPK Ormawa UGM was implemented with a series of technical and administrative support. From the mentoring interventions that have been carried out, they have encouraged the readiness of the PPK Ormawa UGM Implementation Team in the planning, execution, and monitoring and evaluation of the community service and empowerment programs they initiated. However, there are still areas for improvisation and development related to its mentoring system. The analysis of recommendations refers to improvisation in optimization of information systems and communication networks, optimization of mentoring, and strengthening students' capacity related to conceptual and technical aspects of community empowerment.
