Peran Thriving at Work dan Perceived Supervisor Support terhadap Career Adaptability pada Karyawan Early Career

Perubahan dalam dunia kerja relatif terjadi pada era saat ini dalam menghadapi ketidapkastian karir, maka dibutuhkan kemampuan career adaptability dalam meningkatkan kemampuan penyesuaian dengan lingkungan pekerjaannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji peranan thriving at work dan perceived supervisor support terhadap career adaptability. Partisipan pada penelitian ini adalah karyawan early career sebanyak 396 responden yang berusia 18 – 35 tahun. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan menggunakan adaptasi skala oleh peneliti lain, yaitu skala career adaptability, skala perceived supervisor support, dan skala thriving at work. Analisis data dilakukan dengan melakukan uji normalitas, uji linearitas, uji asumsi, dan uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis regresi dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil analisis regresi linear berganda menunjukkan bahwa thriving at work dan perceived supervisor support berperan signifikan terhadap career adaptability (p < 0>Thriving at work merupakan prediktor yang sumbangan efektifnya lebih besar dibandingkan perceived supervisor support dalam meningkatkan career adaptability.
Changes in the world of work relatively occur in the current era in the face of career difficulties, so career adaptability is needed to improve the ability to adapt to the work environment. This study aims to examine the role of thriving at work and perceived supervisor support on career adaptability. Participants in this study are early career employees as many as 396 respondents aged 18 – 35 years. This research method uses a quantitative method using scale adaptation by other researchers, namely the career adaptability scale, the perceived supervisor support scale, and the thriving at work scale. Data analysis was carried out by conducting normality tests, linearity tests, assumption tests, and hypothesis tests using regression analysis with the help of SPSS. The results of multiple linear regression analysis showed that thriving at work and perceived supervisor support played a significant role in career adaptability (p < 0>Thriving at work is a predictor whose effective contribution is greater than perceived supervisor support in improving career adaptability.
