Group officials seeing the PHBML certification is the recognition on their community forest with the goal is to increase the timber price and also for forest sustainability prevention. It is very different with general community perception, they do not understand the purpose and objective of PHBML certification, some people even have not heard about it, although they have received this PHBML certification since two years ago. These are caused by assistance factor as external factor, also factors of education. age and community character as internal factor. The impact of certification that affecting community is in social aspect, which is improving group dynamic, improving farmer group knowledge, increasing farmer's group dignity and proud by the recognition of their community forest in the world, meanwhile economic aspect is from the availability of equipments sets that support the certified timber trade and from ecological aspect barely having real impact.
