KONTRIBUSI PENDAPATAN LAHAN ANDIL TERHADAP TOTAL PENDAPATAN PETANI DI SWAKA MARGASATWA PALIYAN (Studi Kasus di Desa Karangasem Kecamatan Paliyan Gunung Kidul Yogyakarta)

Suaka Margasatwa Paliyan ditunjuk berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan No. 171/Kpts-Il/2000, tentang Pemmjukan Kawasan Rutan di Propinsi Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Kawasan ini merupakan alih fungsi dari kawasan hutan produksi petak 136 sampai petak 141 wilayah BDH Paliyan, dengan luas total 434,60 ha, sekitar 80% kawasan ini telah berubah menjadi ladang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kontribusi pendapatan lahan andil terhadap total pendapatan petani dan rata-rata pendapatan dari petani penggarap lahan andil di Suaka Margasatwa Paliyan Dcsa Karangasem Kecamatan Paliyar, Gunung Kidul. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah program aplikasi Microsoft Office Excel 2007. Pemilihan sample menggunakan metode Stratified Random Sampling with Proportional Allocation dimana responden dipilih secara acak (random) dan dibagi menjadi 3 strata berdasarkan luas lahan andil yaitu strata I luas lahan andil 0, 1-0,2 ha, strata II luas lahan andil 0,2-0,5 ha, dan strata m luas lahan andil diatas 0,5 ha. Kontribusi pendapatan lahan andil terhadap total pendapatan petani di Desa Karangasem Kecamatan Paliyan sangat berpengaruh besar dimana kontribusi pendapatan lahan andil terhadap total pendapatan petani masingmasing strata yaitu Strata I : kontribusi lahan andil sebesar 15, 13% dengan total pendapatan Rp. 212.249.000,-; strata II : kontribusi lahan andil sebesar 30,53% dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 316.960.000,-; dan strata ill : kontibusi lahan andil sebesar 60,44% dengan total pendapatan sebesar Rp. 24.695.000,-. Serta rata-rata pendapatan petani penggarap lahan andil berdasarkan strata yaitu strata I : rata-rata pendapatan petani sebesar Rp. 11.791.611,11,-; strata II : Rp. 8.804.444.44,-; dan strata III : Rp. 8.231.666.67,-. Sehingga didapatkan kontribusi pendapatan lahan andil terhadap total pendapatan petani di Swaka Margasatwa Paliyan yaitu sebesar 25,95% dengan rata-rata total pendapatan masing-masing petani secara keseluruhan adalah sebesar Rp. 9.717.614.04,- dimana rata-rata pendapatan tersebut merupakan rata-rata total pendapatan masing-masing petani penggarap lahan andil yang dihitung dalam jangka waktu satu tahun.

The appointing of wildlife reservation is based on forestry minist????r decision number 171/Kpts-11/2000, about the appointing of forest area at Daerah Istimewa Y ogyakarta Province. This area is the change function of production forest area 136 until 141 plot area of PDH Paliyan, with total area space is about 434.60 ha, 80% from this area has changes to cultivation area. This purpose of the research is to know about the contribution of share soil income toward farmer's total income and income average from the farmer who work on share soil at Paliyan Wildlife Reservation, Karang asem village, Paliyan Subdistrict, Gunung Kidul. Data analysist method that used in this research is the application program of Microsoft Office Excel 2007. The choosing of the sample is us.ed Random Sampling with Proportional Allocation where the respondent had elected randomly and then divided into 3 levels that based on the width of the share soil, which share soil width of level I is about 0, 1 - 0,2 ha, width of the share soil in the level II is about 0,2 - 0,5 ha, and level III width of the share soil is above 0,5 ha. The contribution of share soil income toward farmer total income in the Karangasem village Paliyan Subdistrict have big influence where the contribution of share soil income toward farmer's total income in each level. In level I : the share soil contribution is about 15.13% with total income is about Rp.212.249.000.- ; in level II : the share soil contribution is about 30.53% with total income is about Rp.316.960.000.- ; and in the level III : The share soil contribution is about 60.44% with total income is about Rp.24.695.000.-. With average of farmer's income who work on the share soil based on each levels, in level I: average of farmer's income is about Rp.11.791.611.11 ; in level II: Rp.8.804.444.44,- ; and in the level III : Rp.8.231.666.67,-. Then acquired the contribution of share soil toward farmer's total income at Patiyan Wildlife Reservation is about 25.95% with average of total income from each farmer, totally is about Rp.9.717.614.04,- where the average income ·is totally average income from each farmer who work on share soil, calculated during one year period.
