PARTISIPASI MASYARAKAT PELAKU WISATA DI DUSUN SAMBI DALAM PENGELOLAAN OBJEK WISATA ALAM LEDOK SAMBI DI KECAMATAN PAKEM KABUPATEN SLEMAN

Partisipasi masyarakat menjadi faktor krusial dalam pengembangan pariwisata yang memberikan manfaat ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Partisipasi aktif masyarakat dalam pengelolaan objek wisata sangat diperlukan untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan keberhasilan pengelolaan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat partisipasi dan pengaruh profil masyarakat terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam pengelolaan objek wisata alam Ledok Sambi.

Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode sensus terutup kepada para pelaku wisata sebanyak 59 orang. Analisis yang dilakukan didasarkan pada skor hasil dari jawaban yang terdapat dalam kuisioner dengan ketentuan jawaban sebagai berikut: sering (3), Kadang-kadang (2), dan tidak pernah (1). Dari hasil data skoring kuesioner dilakukan analisis terkait hubungan profil dengan tingkat partisipasi dilakukan dengan uji statistik kuantitatif.

Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, profil masyarakat pelaku wisata di Dusun Sambi yang terlibat dalam pengelolaan ekowisata Ledok Sambi mencakup 59 orang dengan beragam faktor yang diukur, seperti jenis kelamin, pekerjaan, pendapatan, dan keikutsertaan organisasi. Partisipasi masyarakat lebih dominan pada tingkat sedang, terutama dalam pelaksanaan, sementara partisipasi mereka dalam pengambilan keputusan, pemanfaatan hasil, dan evaluasi masih terbatas, dengan dominasi peran pada tingkat sedang. Jenis kelamin mempengaruhi partisipasi, di mana laki-laki lebih aktif dalam kegiatan lapangan, sementara umur, pendidikan, pendapatan, dan faktor lainnya tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap tingkat partisipasi dalam pengelolaan objek wisata alam Ledok Sambi.

Community participation is a crucial factor in the development of tourism that provides economic, social, and environmental benefits. Active participation of the community in the management of tourism objects is needed to ensure the sustainability and success of the management. This study aims to determine the level of participation and the influence of community profiles on the level of participation in the management of Ledok Sambi natural attractions.

The method in this study uses a closed census method to the tourism actors as many as 59 people. The analysis carried out is based on the score of the results of the answers contained in the questionnaire with the terms of the answers as follows: often (3), sometimes (2), and never (1). From the results of the questionnaire scoring data, analysis related to the profile relationship with the level of participation was carried out with quantitative statistical tests.

Based on the results of the study, the profile of the tourism community in Sambi Hamlet involved in the management of Ledok Sambi ecotourism includes 59 people with various factors measured, such as gender, occupation, income, and organizational participation. Community participation is more dominant at a moderate level, especially in implementation, while their participation in decision-making, utilization of results, and evaluation is still limited, with the dominance of roles at a moderate level. Gender affects participation, where men are more active in field activities, while age, education, income, and other factors do not have a significant influence on the level of participation in the management of Ledok Sambi natural tourist attraction.
