Work From Home (WFH) Policy and Working Condition in Time of COVID-19: Insight From PT Bank Mandiri

Penelitian ini menganalisis dampak COVID-19 terhadap Hubungan Industrial di PT Bank Mandiri. Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah (a) Pengaruh Kebijakan Work From Home terhadap hubungan industrial dan (b) Bagaimana respon pekerja terhadap perubahan situasi ini. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan analisis, termasuk wawancara serta dokumentasi. Data dalam penelitian ini diperoleh dari data primer dan sekunder.

Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang berisi pertanyaan standar dan wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa (1) sebagian besar responden puas dengan layanan yang diberikan oleh PT Bank Mandiri namun masih ada ruang untuk perbaikan, (2) faktor kemampuan dan keterampilan mempengaruhi kualitas kondisi kerja.

This study analyzes the impact of COVID-19 towards Labor Relation at PT Bank Mandiri The problems in this research are (a) The effect of Work From Home Policy towards labor relation  and (b) How do workers respond to this changes of situation. This study employed an analysis and descriptive qualitative method, including interviews, and documentation. The data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary data.

Data collection through a questionnaire containing standard questions and interviews. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that (1) most respondents are satisfied with the services provided by PT Bank Mandiri but there is still room for improvement, (2) the ability-skills factor affects the quality working condition.
