Work From Home (WFH) Policy and Working Condition in Time of COVID-19: Insight From PT Bank Mandiri

This study analyzes the impact of COVID-19 towards Labor Relation at PT Bank Mandiri The problems in this research are (a) The effect of Work From Home Policy towards labor relation and (b) How do workers respond to this changes of situation. This study employed an analysis and descriptive qualitative method, including interviews, and documentation. The data in this study were obtained from primary and secondary data.
Data collection through a questionnaire containing standard questions and interviews. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that (1) most respondents are satisfied with the services provided by PT Bank Mandiri but there is still room for improvement, (2) the ability-skills factor affects the quality working condition.
