ANALISIS PROYEKSI PENDUDUK DALAM PERENCANAAN KEBUTUHAN PERMUKIMAN KABUPATEN SLEMAN TAHUN 2025-2035

Kabupaten Sleman memiliki jumlah penduduk tertinggi se-Provinsi D.I. Yogyakarta didukung letaknya yang strategis dan fungsinya sebagai kawasan APY. Kebutuhan permukiman bertambah, tetapi ketersediaan lahannya terbatas mengakibatkan menurunnya daya dukung permukiman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji proyeksi penduduk dan kepadatan penduduk permukiman Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2025-2035, mengkaji kebutuhan permukiman Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2025-2035, dan mengkaji daya dukung permukiman Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2025-2035. 

Data berupa data sekunder dari instansi Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman. Data diolah dengan klasifikasi penggunaan lahan mengacu RTRW Kabupaten Sleman tahun 2021-2041, proyeksi penduduk, perhitungan kepadatan penduduk permukiman, kebutuhan permukiman serta perhitungan daya dukung permukiman. Proyeksi penduduk menggunakan hasil proyeksi dari BPS Kabupaten Sleman. Hasil daya dukung permukiman diklasifikasikan dengan DDPm>1 mendukung dan DDPm<1>

Penduduk Kabupaten Sleman diprediksi terus meningkat setiap tahun hingga mencapai 1.277.020 jiwa di tahun 2035. Kepadatan penduduk permukiman Kabupaten Sleman ikut ikut meningkat sejalan dengan peningkatan jumlah penduduknya yang diprediksi terpusat di Kecamatan Depok, Kecamatan Gamping, dan Kecamatan Mlati. Kebutuhan permukiman Kabupaten Sleman juga diprediksi meningkat mencapai 10,744 km² di masa mendatang. Daya dukung permukiman Kabupaten Sleman diprediksi terus menurun, tetapi masih tergolong mendukung hingga tahun 2035 sebesar 250,13.

Sleman Regency has the highest population in the Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta Province, supported by its strategic location and its function as an APY area. The need for residential is increasing, in contrast the availability of land is limited, resulting in a decline in the carrying capacity of residential. The aims of this study are to examine the population projections and residential density of Sleman Regency, examine residential needs of Sleman Regency, and examine the carrying capacity of residential in Sleman Regency for 2025-2035. 

The data consists of secondary data from the Sleman Regency Government. Data is processed with land use classification referring to the Sleman Regency Spatial Plan (RTRW) for 2021-2041, population projections, calculations of residential population density, residential needs, and calculations of residential carrying capacity. Population projections use projection results from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of Sleman Regency. The results of residential carrying capacity are classified with DDPm>1 supported and DDPm<1>

The population of Sleman Regency is predicted to continue increasing each year, reaching about 1,277,020 people by 2035. The population density of residential in Sleman Regency has also increased in line with the increasing of the population, which is predicted to be concentrated in Depok Sub-district, Gamping Sub-district, and Mlati Sub-district. The residential needs of Sleman Regency are also predicted to increase to 10.744 km² in prospective. The carrying capacity for residential in Sleman Regency is predicted to continue to decline, although still categorized as supportive up till the 2035 at a rate of 250.13.
