Pengembangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Obat-Obatan Berbasis Web pada Fasilitas Pelayanan Kesehatan

Fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan (faskes) berperan penting dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan kesehatan masyarakat. Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, faskes harus memiliki tata kelola dan manajemen yang baik yang dapat dicapai melalui penerapan teknologi informasi untuk mengurangi risiko kesalahan pencatatan secara konvensional. Salah satu bagian dari faskes yang dapat menerapkan teknologi informasi adalah pada unit apotek. Tugas Akhir ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi manajemen obat-obatan berbasis web pada unit apotek yang mendukung berbagai fungsi seperti pengelolaan data obat dan dilengkapi dengan fitur pelaporan untuk membantu proses manajemen apotek.

Sistem informasi ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan three-tier architecture dengan mengadopsi pola arsitektur Model-View-Controller (MVC) menggunakan framework CodeIgniter. Database yang digunakan adalah MySQL. Alur pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode SDLC hybrid agile-waterfall.

Hasil dari Tugas Akhir ini adalah sistem informasi berbasis web dengan fitur seperti pengelolaan data obat dan bahan habis pakai (BHP), pengelolaan data pembelian dan penjualan, informasi obat kedaluwarsa, laporan obat dan BHP keluar dari penyimpanan, laporan laba, serta laporan hutang dan aset yang dimiliki oleh unit apotek. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dari Google Lighthouse pada sistem yang dikembangkan, diperoleh skor performance sebesar 97, skor accessibility sebesar 92, skor best practice sebesar 96, dan skor SEO sebesar 82.

Healthcare facilities play a crucial role in maintaining and improving public health. To achieve this objective, healthcare facilities must implement effective governance and management systems, which can be enhanced through the application of information technology to reduce the risk of conventional recording errors. One crucial component of healthcare facilities that can benefit from information technology implementation is the pharmacy unit. This Final Project aims to develop a web-based medication management information system for pharmacy units that supports various functions, such as drug data management, and includes reporting features to facilitate pharmacy management processes.

This information system is developed using a three-tier architecture approach and adopting Model-View-Controller (MVC) pattern with the CodeIgniter framework. The database system utilized in this project is MySQL. The development process follows the SDLC hybrid agile-waterfall methodology.

The outcome of this Final Project is a web-based information system with features such as medication and consumable material management, purchase and sales data management, expired medication information, medication and consumable material stockout reports, profit reports, and reports on debts and assets owned by the pharmacy unit. Based on Google Lighthouse testing results of the developed system, the performance score achieved was 97, the accessibility score was 92, the best practices score was 96, and the SEO score was 82.
