Analisis Kesuksesan Implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda DIY dengan Metode MMUST

Latar Belakang: Sejak tahun 2010 RS Bhayangkara Polda DIY telah menggunakan SIMRS, tetapi hingga saat ini penggunaan sistem masih belum optimal. Dalam rangka pengoptimalan implementasi SIMRS, perlu dilakukan analisis kesuksesan implementasi SIMRS.

Tujuan: Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kesuksesan implementasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) di Rumah Sakit Bhayangkara Polda DIY berdasarkan metode Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST).

Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif cross sectional. Sampel pada penelitian menggunakan teknik purposive sampling yang berjumlah 98 responden. Analisis data menggunakan teknik Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) menggunakan software SmartPLS versi 4.1.0.3.

Hasil: Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepuasan informasi dipengaruhi oleh kualitas informasi; harapan kinerja dipengaruhi oleh kepuasan informasi dan pengaruh sosial; sikap dipengaruhi oleh harapan kinerja dan kondisi fasilitas; penggunaan dan kepuasaan keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh sikap; manfaat bersih dipengaruhi oleh penggunaan dan kepuasaan keseluruhan.

Kesimpulan: Penelitian ini membuktikan secara empiris bahwa semua hipotesis diterima. SIMRS terbukti sukses diimplementasikan karena dapat menghasilkan informasi secara akurat, cepat, dan lengkap serta mempercepat kinerja pengguna dan memberikan manfaat dalam pengimplementasiannya.

Background: Since 2010, Bhayangkara Polda DIY hospital has been using SIMRS, but until now the use of the system is still not optimal. The context to optimise the implementation of SIMRS implementation, it is necessary to analyse the success of SIMRS implementation.

Objective: To analyse the factors that influence the success of Hospital Information System (SIMRS) implementation at Bhayangkara Polda DIY Hospital based on the Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) method.

Methods: This research is a descriptive study with a cross-sectional quantitative approach. The sample in the study used purposive sampling technique which amounted to 98 respondents. Data analysis using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) technique using SmartPLS software version 4.1.0.3.

Results: The results stated that information satisfaction is influenced by information quality; performance expectations are influenced by information satisfaction and social influence; attitudes are influenced by performance expectations and facility conditions; usage and overall satisfaction are influenced by attitudes; net benefits are influenced by usage and overall satisfaction.

Conclusion: This study proves empirically that all hypotheses are accepted. SIMRS has proven to be a successful implementation because it can produce accurate, fast, and complete information as well as accelerate user performance and provide benefits in its implementation.
