Uji Akurasi Hasil Pengukuran GoPro RTK untuk Mobile Mapping System pada Aplikasi Survei Kondisi Jalan

Road condition surveys for road maintenance in Indonesia are shifting towards faster technology, such as mobile mapping. However, this mobile mapping technology typically integrates various sensors, including multicamera systems, odometers, and LiDAR, which incurs significant costs. As a result, it is only cost-effective for large road areas, such as National and Provincial Roads. For smaller roads like Regency Roads, these mobile mapping technologies are not flexible and expensive. The GoPro Camera is technology that can be used as a low-cost mobile mapping tool to conduct road surveys efficiently and quickly while still producing accurate information. The aim of this study is to determine the accuracy of distance and area dimensions from measurements taken with a GoPro camera integrated with RTK GPS as a low-cost mobile mapping tool for road surveys.
The study was conducted on two road segments, namely Jalan Tevesia (Segment 1) and Jalan Pancasila (Segment 2), with 30 measurement samples. For Jalan Tevesia, samples were evenly distributed across the entire road area, while for Jalan Pancasila, samples were located on the left side of the road. Each road segment was measured three times at an average speed of 30 km/h and 24 fps. The video and GPS data were processed using Bhinneka software to produce distance, area, and digitization attribute data. Accuracy was assessed by comparing the RMSE of GoPro measurements with GPS RTK measurements, referring to the accuracy requirement of 0.1 meters specified in the Pedoman Survei Pengumpulan Data Kondisi Jaringan Jalan.
The results of this study indicate that the absolute distance measurement accuracy of the GoPro on Segment 1 is 32,9 cm and on Segment 2 is 31,3 cm. Meanwhile, the distance measurement accuracy of the GoPro RTK on Segment 1 is 31,9 cm and on Segment 2 is 29,4 cm. For area accuracy, GoPro Absolute was 0,429 m² in Segment 1 and 0,620 m² in Section 2, while GoPro RTK was 0,347 m² in Section 1 and 0,592 m² in Section 2. B/H ratio have the most dominant influence on accuracy results. Accuracy decreased as the distance from the camera increased. Adding RTK GPS to the GoPro did not significantly improve digitization accuracy.
