Redesain Cabin Resort di Hutan Pinus Pegunungan Menoreh dengan Pendekatan Biofilik

Perkembangan zaman telah mengubah paradigma pariwisata modern, di 

mana generasi milenial mencari pengalaman unik dalam setiap perjalanan. Salah 

satu tren yang muncul adalah konsep glamping resort, yang menggabungkan 

kemewahan dengan nuansa petualangan alam. Terletak di Pegunungan Menoreh, 

Indonesia, DeLoano Glamping Resort sebuah destinasi penginapan mewah di 

tengah hutan pinus seluas 39,7 hektar, namun semenjak pandemi COVID-19 resort 

ini sudah tidak beroperasi. DeLoano Glamping Resort juga belum memenuhi 

kriteria resort yang baik dan juga belum memanfaatkan potensi alam sekitarnya. 

Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah gagasan konsep dan pengembangan perancangan 

baru dengan meningkatkan kelas resort menjadi cabin resort dengan pendekatan 

arsitektur biofilik. Pendekatan arsitektur biofilik yang digunakan menjadi 

penyeimbang resort dengan lingkungan alam dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan 

pengunjung melalui koneksi dan keterhubungannya dengan alam saat berada di 

cabin resort.

The advancement of time has shifted the paradigm of modern tourism, 

where millennials seek unique experiences in every journey. One emerging trend is 

the concept of glamping resorts, which combine luxury with the ambiance of natural 

adventure. Located in the Menoreh Mountains, Indonesia, DeLoano Glamping 

Resort is a luxurious accommodation destination amidst a 39.7-hectare pine forest; 

however, since the COVID-19 pandemic, the resort has ceased operations. 

DeLoano Glamping Resort also falls short of meeting the criteria of a quality resort 

and has yet to fully utilize its surrounding natural potential. Therefore, there is a 

need for a new concept and development plan to elevate the resort's class to a cabin 

resort with a biophilic architecture approach. The biophilic architecture approach 

serves as a balancing element between the resort and the natural environment, 

enhancing visitor well-being through their connection and interaction with nature 

while at the cabin resort.
