Instrumen Telehealth and Telenursing Perception and Knowledge Among Nursing Students merupakan alat ukur persepsi mahasiswa terhadap telenursing.

Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui proses adaptasi lintas budaya, uji validitas, dan reliabilitas intstrumen “Telehealth and Telenursing Perception and Knowledge Among Nursing Students.

Background: Telenursing technology has been proven to provide benefits with an innovative approach in service and the need to introduce students to the field of nursing. Therefore, it is necessary to have students' perceptions about telenursing. The Telehealth and Telenursing Perception and Knowledge Instrument Among Nursing Students is a measuring tool for students' perceptions of telenursing. The instrument has never been tested for validity and reliability in Indonesia.

Research Objective: To determine the process of cross-cultural adaptation, validity test, and reliability of the instrument "Perception and Knowledge of Telehealth and Telenursing Among Nursing Students".

Method: This study is a psychometric study with a cross-sectional design. The subjects of this study were 150 undergraduate Nursing students FK-KMK UGM. The adaptation process was carried out with the stages of forward-backward translation, synthesis, expert review, pilot testing, validity and reliability tests. The validity test was measured using CVI. The construct validity test was measured using Pearson's product moment. The internal consistency reliability test used Cronbach alpha.

Results: Before conducting the validity test, cross-cultural adaptation to Indonesian was first carried out using the forward-backward translation method. The content validity test using CVI produced a value between 0.67-1.00 and there were 2 irrelevant items. In the construct validity test, the results obtained were between 0.101-0.832 with an r table value of 0.209, so there were 2 invalid items. The Cronbach alpha value is 0.872.

Conclusion: A total of 24 items out of 28 items in the instrument were declared valid and reliable to measure students' perceptions of telenursing in Indonesia.
