Kebebasan Berpendapat Korban Pelecehan Seksual Pengguna X (Twitter) dalam Perspektif Eksistensialisme Jean Paul Sartre

Penelitian ini berjudul “Kebebasan Berpendapat Korban Pelecehan Seksual Pengguna X (Twitter) dalam Perspektif Eksistensialisme Jean Paul Sartre”. Penelitian ini membahas permasalahan tentang alasan korban pelecehan seksual menyuarakan pendapat melalui twitter secara bebas. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis Eksistensialisme Sartre terhadap kebebasan berpendapat korban pelecehan seksual yang menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsi kebebasan berpendapat korban pelecehan seksual, perasaan korban pelecehan seksual setelah menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter, dan menganalisis eksistensialisme Sartre tentang kebebasan dan tanggung jawab terhadap para korban pelecehan seksual yang menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter.

Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan model permasalahan aktual. Langkah-langkah klasifikasi analisis dengan melalui wawancara bersama narasumber secara mendalam melalui studi kepustakaan dan deskripsi tentang korban pelecehan seksual yang menyuarakan pendapatnya. Dalam analisis data diperlukan unsur-unsur metodis yang mencakup interpretasi, deskripsi, dan refleksi kritis.

Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah pertama, alasan korban pelecehan seksual menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter karena para korban pelecehan seksual beranggapan komunitas twitter banyak yang mendukung korban pelecehan seksual yang berani menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter serta agar korban mendapatkan pertanggungjawaban atas kebebasan yang dilakukan oleh pelaku terhadap korban. Kedua, perasaan korban pelecehan seksual setelah menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter merasa lebih baik karena telah berani mengungkapkan perasaannya melalui twitter. Ketiga, korban pelecehan seksual memiliki kebebasan untuk menyuarakan pendapatnya melalui twitter dengan perspektif Sartre tentang kebebasan bahwa setiap manusia bebas untuk melakukan sesuatu hal atas pilihannya namun harus siap bertanggungjawab atas pilihan tersebut.

This research is titled "Freedom of Opinion of Victims of Sexual Harassment of User X (Twitter) in the Perspective of Jean Paul Sartre's Existentialism". This study discusses the problem of why victims of sexual harassment voice their opinions freely through twitter. This study uses Sartre's existentialist analysis of the freedom of opinion of victims of sexual harassment who voice their opinions through Twitter. The purpose of this study is to describe the freedom of opinion of victims of sexual harassment, the feelings of victims of sexual harassment after voicing their opinions through Twitter, and analyze Sartre's existentialism about freedom and responsibility for victims of sexual harassment who voice their opinions through Twitter.

he method in this study uses qualitative descriptive with an actual problem model. The steps of classification analysis are through in-depth interviews with sources through literature studies and descriptions of victims of sexual harassment who voice their opinions. In data analysis, methodical elements are needed that include interpretation, description, and critical reflection.

The results of this study are: first, the reason why victims of sexual harassment voice their opinions through twitter is because victims of sexual harassment think that the twitter community supports many victims of sexual harassment who dare to voice their opinions through twitter and so that victims are held accountable for the freedom exercised by the perpetrator against the victim. Second, the feelings of victims of sexual harassment after voicing their opinions through twitter feel better because they have the courage to express their feelings through twitter. Third, victims of sexual harassment have the freedom to voice their opinions through Twitter with Sartre's perspective on the freedom that every human being is free to do something of his or her choice but must be ready to take responsibility for that choice.
