Analisis
dilakukan pada pekerjaan struktur lapisan perkerasan lentur (flexible
pavement) yang meliputi lapisan subgrade, selected borrow
material, lapis pondasi agregat kelas A dan B, geotextile separator,
Asphalt Concrete Base (AC-Base), Asphalt Concrete-Binder
Course (AC-BC), dan Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC).
Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pekerjaan sudah sesuai dengan
Spesifikasi Umum Untuk Jalan Bebas Hambatan dan Jalan Tol Bina Marga 2020, namun
perlu adanya mitigasi terhadap faktor-faktor penghambat yang ditemukan.
Faktor penghambat yang perlu diperhatikan ditinjau dengan 6M (man, material, method, mechine, money dan mother nature) meliputi kondisi cuaca, koordinasi antar divisi, metode kerja yang digunakan dan ketersediaan bahan material, yang dapat mempengaruhi pelaksanaan proyek. Rekomendasi penanganan berupa peningkatan koordinasi antar tim proyek, perencanaan yang lebih matang terkait ketersediaan material, alat berat dan tenaga kerja serta penerapan sistem pengawasan yang lebih ketat untuk memastikan setiap tahap pekerjaan berjalan sesuai rencana.
The
analysis was conducted on the flexible pavement structure work, which includes
the subgrade layer, selected borrow material, aggregate base layers A and B,
geotextile separator, Asphalt Concrete Base (AC-Base), Asphalt Concrete-Binder
Course (AC-BC), and Asphalt Concrete-Wearing Course (AC-WC). The results of the
analysis indicate that the implementation of the work has complied with the
General Specifications for Freeways and Toll Roads issued by Bina Marga 2020.
However, mitigation of the identified hindering factors is necessary.
The
hindering factors, reviewed through the 6M framework (man, material, method,
machine, money and mother nature), include weather conditions, inter-division
coordination, work methods used, and the availability of materials, all of
which can impact the project's execution. Recommendations for addressing these
issues include improving coordination among project teams, more thorough
planning concerning the availability of materials, heavy equipment, and labor,
as well as the implementation of stricter supervision systems to ensure that
each stage of the work proceeds as planned.
