Analisis Pemilihan Pemasok Produk Fesyen Terbaik Menggunakan Metode Analytic Network Process pada CV Amigo

Retail business refers to the process of selling goods or services to end consumers in small quantities, either as single units or in bulk. CV Amigo Mangesti Utomo is a company operating in the retail sector, with a primary focus on the sale of clothing and footwear. The retail business is highly dependent on suppliers, necessitating effective supply chain management. One strategy in supply chain management is to build strong relationships with suppliers. This study aims to evaluate suppliers as a consideration for the company in maintaining a sustainable supply chain. This research employs the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method, a multi-criteria decision-making strategy. ANP assists in solving complex problems by breaking them down into a network structure, considering criteria and objective evaluations from stakeholders in the form of priority weights. ANP also takes into account the interdependencies and feedback among elements. This study identifies nine criteria considered by the company in supplier selection: quality, delivery, reputation, (4) attitude, (5) warranty and claim policies, (6) price, (7) payment terms, (8) geographical location, and (9) sales risk. These nine criteria are further broken down into 23 sub-criteria. Based on the ANP calculations, the weight of each criterion is as follows: attitude (0.1572), warranty and claim policies (0.1566), price (0.1566), sales risk (0.1564), quality (0.1563), reputation (0.0857), delivery (0.0566), payment terms (0.0558), and geographical location (0.0183). Based on the priority weight calculations among the 10 suppliers compared, the best supplier for fashion products at CV Amigo Mangesti Utomo is CV. Cahaya Berkat Bersama (A5) with a priority weight of 0.13427.
