Perhitungan Biaya Satuan (Unit Cost) Pendidikan Klinis Residen Konservasi Gigi Di RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo

Latar Belakang: Pendanaan dan penganggaran RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo sebagai rumah sakit pendidikan merupakan tanggung jawab bersama dengan institusi pendidikan. Perhitungan biaya pendidikan klinis sejauh ini untuk profesi dokter gigi (Koas) adalah 35?ri UKT, sementara untuk pendidikan dokter gigi spesialis, termasuk spesialis konservasi gigi, belum ditentukan. Rumah Sakit perlu melakukan penghitungan biaya pendidikan klinis berdasarkan unit cost, salah satunya dengan metode activity-based costing.

Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menghitung seluruh biaya yang timbul akibat adanya kegiatan pendidikan klinis residen konservasi gigi serta menghitung biaya satuan (unit cost) pendidikan klinis residen konservasi gigi per mahasiswa per semester di RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo.

Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan action research dengan desain penelitian deskriptif serta dilengkapi dengan data kuantitatif (data keuangan) dan wawancara. Data wawancara dikumpulkan untuk mengumpulkan data aktivitas residen konservasi gigi dan data biaya untuk selanjutnya dilakukan perhitungan biaya pendidikan klinis residen konservasi gigi dengan metode ABC.

Hasil: Perhitungan biaya satuan (unit cost) pendidikan klinis residen konservasi gigi di RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo dengan metode ABC menghasilkan nilai biaya langsung sebesar Rp78.488.437 dan tidak langsung sebesar Rp13.159.236. Hasil perhitungan biaya satuan (unit cost) pendidikan klinis per residen per semester dalam penelitian ini adalah sebesar Rp18.329.535 +- Rp 672.269,55.

Kesimpulan: Perhitungan biaya pendidikan klinis residen konservasi gigi di RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo terdiri dari biaya langsung sebesar 87?n tidak langsung sebesar 13%. Unit cost/biaya satuan aktivitas pendidikan klinis residen konservasi gigi lebih besar dibandingkan dengan tarif yang telah ditetapkan oleh RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo.

Background: Funding and budgeting of UGM Prof. Soedomo Dental and Oral Hospital as an educational hospital is a shared responsibility with educational institutions. The calculation of clinical education costs so far for the dental profession is 35% of the single tuition fee, while for specialist dental education, including dental conservation specialists, has not yet been determined. Hospitals need to calculate clinical education costs based on unit costs, one of which is the activity-based costing method.

Objective: This study aims to identify and calculate all costs incurred from dental conservation resident clinical education activities and calculate the unit cost of dental conservation resident clinical education per student per semester at the UGM Prof. Soedomo Dental and Oral Hospital.

Methods: This study is an action research with a descriptive research design and is complemented by quantitative data (financial data) and interviews. Interview data was collected to collect dental conservation resident activity data and cost data for further calculation of dental conservation resident clinical education costs using the ABC method.

Results: The calculation of the unit cost of clinical education for dental conservation residents at RSGM UGM Prof. Soedomo using the ABC method resulted in a direct cost value of Rp78,488,437 and indirect costs of Rp13,159,236. The result of the calculation of the unit cost of clinical education per resident per semester in this study is Rp18,329,535 +- Rp 672.269,55.

Conclusion: The calculation of the cost of dental conservation resident clinical education at Prof. Soedomo UGM Dental and Oral Hospital consists of direct costs of 87% and indirect costs of 13%. The unit cost / unit cost of dental conservation resident clinical education activities is greater than the tariff set by the UGM Prof. Soedomo Dental and Oral Hospital.
