This research is empirical normative legal research. The data used is a combination of secondary data and primary data. Secondary data collection is obtained through literature study while primary data is obtained through observation and interviews with 3 (three) resource persons and 3 (three) respondents. All data collected is processed qualitatively by using deduction-induction thinking and then conclusions are drawn in the form of sentences (descriptive). Based on the research results, it can be concluded as follows: First, the implication of Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Number 2 of 2022 concerning the Registration of Sultanate or Duchy land on the Extension of Building Use Rights in the Special Region of Yogyakarta is that people who have Building Use Rights Certificates after inventory, identification and verification by the Sultanate or Duchy with the results of building use rights on land owned by the Sultanate or Duchy, then people who want to extend the Building Use Rights must return the SHGB and sign a letter of release of rights to the Sultanate or Duchy. Secondly, the method of determining the amount of tariff / support or value of benefits for Building Use Rights for the Sultanate of Yogyakarta is regulated in internal regulations with a calculation formula of 1.5% to 3% X NJOP X Land Area X Use and a special formula = 1.5% to 3% X NJOP X Land Area X Use, which can be paid in instalments or can be requested for relief with the discretion given by the Sultanate. INTISARI

            Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implikasi berlakunya Peraturan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional Republik Indonesia Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Pendaftaran Tanah KasultananYogyakarta dan Kadipaten Pakualaman di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta terhadap perpanjangan Hak Guna Bungunan Tanah Kasultanan Yogyakarta dan cara penentuan tarif/pisungsung atau nilai manfaat tarhadap Hak Guna Bangunan bagi Kasultanan Yogyakarta.

            Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian hukum normatif empiris. Data yang digunakan adalah gabungan dari data sekunder dan data primer. Pengumpulan data sekunder diperoleh melalui studi pustaka sedangkan data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara terhadap 3 (tiga) narasumber dan 3 (tiga) responden. Semua data yang terkumpul diolah secara kualitatif dengan menggunakan cara berpikir deduksi-induksi lalu diambil simpulan dalam bentuk kalimat (deskriptif).

            Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan sebagai berikut : Pertama, Implikasi Permen ATR/Ka.BPN Nomor 2 Tahun 2022 tentang Pendaftaran tanah Kasultanan atau Kadipaten terhadap Perpanjangan Hak Guna Bangunan di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta adalah masyarakat yang memiliki Sertipikat Hak Guna Bangunan setelah dilakukan inventarisasi, identifikasi dan verifikasi oleh Kasultanan atau Kadipaten dengan hasil tanah hak guna bangunan diatas tanah hak milik Kasultanan atau Kadipaten, maka masyarakat yang ingin melakukan perpanjangan Hak Guna Bangunan harus mengembalikan sertipikat hak guna bangunan serta menandatangani surat pelepasan hak kepada Kasultanan atau Kadipaten. Kedua, Cara penentuan besaran tarif/pisungsung atau nilai manfaat terhadap Hak Guna Bangunan bagi Kasultanan Yogyakarta diatur dalam peraturan internal dengan rumus perhitungan 1,5 % sd 3 %  X NJOP X Luas Tanah X Penggunaan dan Rumus khusus = 1,5 % sd 3 % X NJOP X Luas Tanah X Penggunaan, yang dapat dibayar secara dicicil atau dapat dimohonkan keringanan dengan kebijaksanaan yang diberikan oleh Kasultanan.
