Hubungan antara besaran iur biaya dengan kepuasan peserta Askes di RSU Wangaya Denpasar

2004 | Tesis | S2 Ilmu Kesehatan MasyarakatLatar Belakang: Pasien askes merupakan captive market di rumah sakit Wangaya, namun masih sering ada keluhan terhadap iur biaya dan mutu. Metode Penelitian: Subyek penelitian adalah pasien rawat inap. Populasi adalah pasien rawat inap yang terdiri dari pasien umum dan askes sejumlah 336 orang. Sampel adalah pasien askes yang dirawat pada kelas yang sesuai dengan haknya sebanyak 63 orang. Alat penelitian berupa cek list untuk wawancara, daftar pertanyaan untuk mengukur mutu dan kepuasan. Hasil : Persentase iur biaya akomodasi pada sampel yang memperoleh tindakan operasi sebesar 34,6% untuk akomodasi dan 47,3% iur biaya obat, sedangkan untuk sampel yang tidak mendapat tindakan operasi iur biaya akomodasi sebesar 6,3% dan iur biaya obat 6,8%. Dari persentase tersebut terlihat bahwa ada kecenderungan iur biaya obat jauh lebih banyak dibanding dengan iur biaya akomodasi. Hasil analisis hipotesa, diperoleh Tidak ada hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan dengan iur biaya pelayanan kesehatan, hal ini disebabkan iur biaya yang dibayarkan oleh sampel cenderung lebih sedikit dibanding dengan yang telah dibayarkan oleh Askes dan SP Askes, disamping itu rumah sakit sendiri sudah dalam kondisi mutu pelayanan yang baik. Adanya keluhan-keluhan dari peserta askes, kemungkinan tidak terletak pada pelayanan kesehatan di rumah sakit, tetapi kemungkinan pada factor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti. Sedangkan antara jenis tindakan pelayanan kesehatan dengan iur biaya ada hubungan yang bermakna, dengan p 0,014 dan r 0,343. Variabel karakteristik sampel, lama hari rawat, dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan tidak ada hubungan dengan iur biaya. Kesimpulan : Tidak ada hubungan antara kepuasan dengan iur biaya pelayanan kesehatan. Ada hubungan antara jenis tindakan pelayanan kesehatan dengan iur biaya. Sedangkan Variabel karakteristik, lama hari rawat dan mutu pelayanan kesehatan tidak ada hubungan dengan iur biaya.
Background: Patients of Health Care Insurance is a captive market in Wangaya hospital, and yet, there are still some complaints toward the cost sharing and quality. Method: The subject of this research was patients who experienced in patient treatment. The population was 336 in patients that consist of general and Health Care Insurance patients. The sample was 63 patients of Health Care Insurance who were treated in a class that already adjusted with their rights. Instrument being used was check list for interview, and list of questions to measure quality and satisfaction. Result: Percentage of accommodation cost sharing in the sample that obtained surgery was 39,6% for accommodation and 47,3% for medicine cost sharing. Sample who did not obtained surgery of cost sharing accommodation was 6,3% and medicine cost sharing was 6,8%. From these percentages, it was shown that the tendency of medicine cost sharing was higher than accommodation cost sharing. The result of analysis showed that there was a relationship between levels of satisfaction with the health service cost sharing. This was caused by the cost sharing that paid by Health Care Insurance and Health Care Insurance Participant Subsidize, in spite of the hospital which already in a good service quality condition. There were some complaints from the participant of Health Care Insurance which did not laid on the health services in the hospital, instead it was laid on other factors which did not being examined. There was a significant relationship between type of health service action with cost sharing, with p 0,0014 and r 0,343, There was no relationship between variable of sample characteristic, length of stay, and satisfaction with the cost sharing. Conclusion: There was no relationship between satisfaction with the health service cost sharing. There was a relationship between the types of health service action with cost sharing. On the other hand, there was no relationship between variable of sample characteristic, lengths of stay and satisfaction with the cost shanng.
