Pengaruh Kebijakan PPh Dividen UU HPP Terhadap Kebijakan Dividen Perusahaan IDX High Dividend 20

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perubahan kebijakan pajak penghasilan atas dividen pada UU HPP terhadap kebijakan dividen di perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks High Dividend 20. Penelitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel, yaitu 20 perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks High Dividend 20 pada tahun 2024 dengan periode penelitian tahun 2019-2023. Pengujian hipotesis dilakukan dengan analisis regresi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebijakan pajak dividen UU HPP tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. 

This study aims to analyze the impact of changes in income tax policy on dividends under UU HPP on dividend policies of companies listed in the High Dividend 20 index. This study uses 100 samples, specifically 20 companies listed in the High Dividend 20 index in 2024, with the 2019-2023 research period. Hypothesis testing was conducted using regression analysis. The results of the study indicate that the dividend tax policy under UU HPP does not have a significant effect on dividend policies.
