Peminatan terhadap work engagement meningkat di kalangan peneliti dan praktisi.
Peran krusial peserta magang pada program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka
(MBKM) menjadi tantangan penting untuk memaksimalkan potensi dan performa
peserta magang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji menguji peran job
autonomy dan work life balance terhadap work engagement peserta MBKM Batch 6. Penelitian ini
menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif cross-sectional melalui survei terhadap 107
orang partisipan yang merupakan mahasiswa perguruan tinggi negeri Indonesia
dan sedang melaksanakan program magang MBKM Batch 6. Temuan
menunjukkan bahwa job autonomy dan work life balance memiliki peran signifikan terhadap
work engagement, serta memiliki sumbangan efektif sebesar 41.4%. Job autonomy
dan satu dari dimensi work life balance, yaitu work interference with personal life (WIPL)
memiliki peran signifikan terhadap work engagement
Interest in work engagement is increasing among researchers and practitioners. The crucial role of interns in the Merdeka
Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program
is an important challenge to maximize the potential and performance of interns. This research aims to examine the
role of job autonomy and work-life balance
on the work engagement of MBKM Batch 6 participants. This research uses
a cross-sectional quantitative approach through a survey of 107
participants who are Indonesian
state university students
and are currently implementing the MBKM Batch 6 internship program.
Findings shows that work autonomy and work-life balance
have a significant role in work engagement, and have an effective
contribution of 41.4%. Job autonomy and one of the dimensions of work life balance, namely
work interference with personal life (WIPL) have a significant role in work engagement
