ANALISIS FINANSIAL USAHATANI POLA HUTAN RAKYAT DI KABUPATEN WONOGIRI

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat keuntungan finansial usahatani pola hutan rakyat (tegalan) Desa Rejosari dengan menggunakan beberapa parameter ekonomi yaitu: Net Present Value (NPV), Annual Equivalent Value (AEV), Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) daninternal Rate of Return (IRR). Penelitian di Kabupaten Wonogiri ini menggunakan metode stratified sampling. Pengambilan strata berdasarkan luas lahan dan jumlah pohon jati. Berdasarkan luas lahan diklasifikasikan menjadi 3 strata yaitu : l) Strata I dengan luas lahan $ 0,3 ha; 2) Strata II dengan luas lahan 0,31-0,6 ha; 3) Strata Ill dengan luas lahan ???? 0,61 ha. Masing-masing strata dari ketiga strata tersebut diklasifikasikan menjadi 2 strata berdasarkan jumlah pohon jati yaitu : a) Strata dengan jumlah pohon jati ::; 30 pohon; b) Strata dengan jumlah pohon jati > 30 pohon. Has ii penelitian sebagai berikut: 1 ). Strata I dengan jumlah pohon jati s; 30 (NPV: (-) Rp 32.840.7Sl,71/ha/40th,AEV: (-) Rp 2.477.521,91/ha/th, BCR: 0,92; dan IRR: 2,38%); 2). Strata l dengan jumlah pohon jati > 30 (NPV: (-) Rp 68.973.207,35/ha/40th, AEV· (-) Rp 5.203.371,53/ha/th, BCR: 0,82, dan IRR: 2,23%); 3). Strata II dengan jumlah pohon jati $ 30 (NPV: Rp 6.978.322,92/ha/40th, AEV: Rp 526.448,00/ha/th, BCR: 1,02, dan IRR: 9,46%); 4). Strata II denganjumlah pohonjati > 30 (NPV: (-) Rp 17.ll5.161,03/ha/40th, AEV: (-) Rp l .291.175,88/ha/th, BCR: 0,96, dan IRR: 5,01%); 5). Strata Ill dengan jumlah pohon jati $ 30 (NPV: Rp 20.225.636,04/ha/40th, AEV- Rp 1.525.83 I ,59/ha/th, .BCR: 1,06, dan IRR: 25,72%); dan 6). Strata Ill dengan jumlah pohon jati > 30 (NPV: Rp 7.490.018,66/ha/40th, AEV: Rp 565.050,57/ha/th, BCR: 1,02, dan IRR: 8,90%). Kesimpulan penelitian yaitu: 1). Semua strata I mengalami kerugian, begitu juga dengan strata II dengan jumlah pohon jati > 30; 2). strata II dengan jumlah pohon jati s; 30 dan semua strata Ill mengalami keuntungan.

The objective of this research is to find out the rate of farm management financial benefit in community forest (land farm) of Rejosari village by using some economic parameters like NPV,AEV,BCR, and lRR. This research was done in Wonogiri district, used stratified sampling method. The strata were taken based on the width of the land and the numbers of the teaks. Based on the land, the strata were classified into three, they were: 1) Strata I with the land width ???? 0.3 ha, 2) Strata II with the land width of 0.3 - 0.6 ha, and 3) Strata lll with the land width> 0.61 ha. Then, each strata was classified into two strata based on the numbers of teaks. They were: a) Stratum for ???? 30 teaks, b) Stratum for> 30 teaks. The conclusions of this result are: I) All the members of the strata I were loss, as well as the members of the stratum II which has> 30 teaks; 2) The members of the stratum II which have :s; 30 teaks and all of the members of the strata Ill got the benefit from the farm management.
