Pengaruh Infrastruktur Transportasi Terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) di Pulau Kalimantan

Infrastruktur merupakan faktor penting dalam meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Kondisi infrastruktur yang baik tidak hanya akan mempengaruhi kondisi perekonomian dari suatu wilayah, namun juga akan mempengerahui wilayah tetangganya. Hal ini karena infrastruktur menjadi penghubung agar kegiatan perekonomian dapat terjadi antarwilayah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh infrastruktur transportasi terhadap Produk Domestik Regional Bruto (PDRB) provinsi di Pulau Kalimantan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis data panel spasial menggunakan sparial Durbin model (SDM). Hasil estimasi menunjukkan bahwa hanya variabel modal yang berpengaruh negatif terhadap PDRB provinsi, namun tidak memiliki efek spasial terhadap wilayah tetangganya dan tidak terdapat spillover effect diantar kelima provinsi yang ada di Pulau Kalimantan.

 

Infrastructure is a crucial factor in boosting economic growth. Good infrastructure conditions not only affect the economic situation of a region but also spill over to its neighboring areas. This is because infrastructure serves as a link for economic activities to occur between regions. This study aims to analyze the impact of transportation infrastructure on the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of provinces in Kalimantan Island. The method used in this research is spatial panel data analysis using the spatial Durbin model (SDM). The estimation results indicate that only the capital variable has a negative effect on the GRDP of provinces, but it does not have spatial effects on neighboring regions, and there are no spillover effects among the five provinces on Kalimantan Island.
