Kebutuhan minyak goreng yang sangat tinggi di
masyarakat membuat usaha bisnis distribusi minyak goreng menjadi sangat menarik
dan masih terbuka lebar untuk dapat masuk kedalam pasar minyak goreng. Dari
kebutuhan ini PT Apmigo Indonesia memasuki pasar distribusi minyak goreng di
Indonesia, dengan menggunakan teknologi
digital dan strategi waralaba perusahaan membantu pemerintah mendistribusikan
minyak goreng ke masyarakat dan sekaligus membuka peluang usaha untuk usaha,
mikro, kecil dan mengah (UMKM).
Untuk dapat bersaing dan unggul dalam bisnis
distribusi minyak goreng, perusahaan harus mengidentifikasikan kemampuan sumber
daya dan kapabilitas yang dimiliki untuk dapat mendukung strategi bisnis.
Dan mengevaluasi apakah sumber daya dan
kapabilitas tersebut membetuk rantai nilai yang dapat menjadi keunggulan
kompetitif yang berkanjutan dalam bisnis distribusi minyak goreng.
The high demand
for cooking oil in society makes the business of cooking oil distribution very
attractive and still open for entry into the market. Recognizing this need, PT
Apmiigo Indonesia has entered the cooking oil distribution market in Indonesia.
By utilizing digital technology and a franchise strategy, the company helps the
government distribute cooking oil to the community while simultaneously
creating business opportunities for micro, small, and medium enterprises
(MSMEs).
To compete and
excel in the cooking oil distribution business, the company must identify its
resource capabilities and capacities to support its business strategy.
Additionally, it must evaluate whether these resources and capabilities form a
value chain that can provide a sustainable competitive advantage in the cooking
oil distribution business.
This research
employs Resource-Based View (RBV) analysis, the VRIO framework, value chain
analysis, and SWOT analysis to address the research questions. The results of
the analysis show that PT Apmigo Indonesia possesses valuable, rare,
inimitable, and well-organized resources and capabilities, giving the company a
sustainable competitive advantage. These resources and capabilities enable the
company to withstand upcoming threats and seize significant opportunities in
the cooking oil distribution business, while continuously making improvements
and innovations to overcome current weaknesses.
