Stres kerja dan beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi pekerja perempuan industri Plywood PT Ketapang Indah Plywood Pontianak Kalimantan Barat

Pertama; memindahkan penduduk keluar pulau.iawa dan Bali, dan kedua membangun pusat-pusat pertumbuhan di luar pulau jawa.Undang- undang R.I no.3 tahun 1972 menyatakan bahwa tujuan transmigrasi adalah untuk menunjang kegiatan pembangunan daerah lewat proyek-proyek pembangunan yang memerlukan tenaga kerja.dan karena proyek-proyek pembangunan itu bersifat simultan,disegala bidang kegiatan,maka transmigrasi berarti penyebaran dan penyediaan tenaga kerja serta ketrampilan baik untuk perluasan produksi di daerah-daerah maupun pembukaan lapangan kerja baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk; (1),mengetahui sejaub mana stres kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja perempuan PT. Ketapang Indah Plywood dan,(2),mengidentifikasi faktorfaktor yang mempengaruhi stres kerja. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian survai eksploratif yaitu ingin mengetahui sejauh mana stres kerja yang dialami oleh pekerja perempuan (masa kerja tidak lebih dari dua tahun) di Industri plywood PT.Ketapang lndah Plywood,yang dilakukan pada 73 responden sebagai sampel yang dipilih dengan menggunakan metode inklusi.lnstrumen yang dipergunakan dalam pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah daftar pertanyaan terstruktur dan wawancara.interpretasi data dengan menggunakan Dummy table dan Analisis menggunakan analisa regresi. Hasil rangkuman analisis regresi antara indevendent variable (status kawin, umur, pendidikan, jarak tempat tinggal terhadap devendent variable (stres kerja) di PT. Ketapang Indah Plywood menunjukkan babwa keempat indevendent variable nilai koefisien Freg = 12.750; dengan peluang galat sebesar 0.000 (p<0,01); berarti keempat indevendent variable tersebut secara bersama-sama yaitu (XI = status kawin ; X2 = Umur; X3 = Pendidikan; X4 = Jarak Tempat Tinggal ),terdapat hubungan sangat signifikan dengan devendent variable Y yaitu stres kerja.Bobot sumbangan efektif indevendent variable, urutan yang terbesar sampai dengan yang terkecil : Urnur ( SE 13.249 persen) ; Status Kawin (SE 12.049 persen Jarak Tempat Tinggal (SE 9.595 persen) dan pendidikan (SE 7.965 persen)
There are two ways to solve the problem of community deficiency outside Java and Bali. Firstly, by moving the people outside Java and Bali, and secondly develop growth centres outside Java. Constitution RI no.3 in the year 1972 stated that the aim of transmigration is to support the activity of regional development through development projects that needs manpower. Since these projects seems simultanously in every activity, transmigration means distribution and providence of manpower as well as skill for production spread out in regional areas or opening new occupation fields. '1'his research was aimed to: (1) find out how far occupational stress being experienced by woman worker of PT. Ketapang lndah Plywood and (2) identify factors that could influence occupational stress. This is an explorative survey research; that is, to find out how far occupational stress being experienced by woman worker (length of work not more than two years) in the plywood industry of PT. Ketapang Indah Plywood, which was implemented toward 73 respondents as selected sample by using inclusion method. Instrument being used in data collection in this research was structured questioner and interview. Data was interpreted by using Dummy table and was analysed by using regression. The summary result of cross table analysis between independent variable (marital status, age, education, distance of residency toward dependent variable (occupational stress) in PT. Ketapang Indah Plywood showed that occupational stress being experienced by worker was more in low occupational stress than medium occupational stress and indeed, there was no worker who experienced heavy occupational stress. This was as the result of facility provided by the industry. Medium occupational stress, generally, was experienced more by worker whose age > 30 years old. Worker whose age > 30 years old most probably had married and had bigger medium occupational stress compared with unmarried worker. The distance of residency influenced the occupational stress being experienced by woman worker as they experienced anxiety in a journey and may experience it in their job.
