MOTIVASI BETERNAK SAPI PO KELOMPOK TANI HUTAN DESA NGEPOSARI, KECAMATAN SEMANU, KABUPATEN GUNUNGKIDUL Septi Nur Aprilia 05/188023/PT/05012 INTISARI Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi beternak sapi Peranakan Ongole (PO) kelompok tani hutan di Desa Ngeposari, Semanu, Gunungkidul. Materi yang digunakan yaitu responden berjumlah 40 orang dari anggota kelompok tani hutan. Metode pengambilan data yaitu melalui wawancara langsung dengan responden yang berpedoman pada alat bantu kuesioner yang kemudian di analisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan fisiologis menjadi tingkat kebutuhan paling tinggi yang dibutuhkan oleh kelompok tani hutan. Anggota kelompok tani hutan Desa Ngeposari dapat melakukan dua tahap tingkat kebutuhan atau lebih sekaligus tanpa harus terpenuhi kebutuhan pada tahap sebelumnya. MOTIVATION OF BREEDING PO COW OF FOREST FARMER GROUP AT NGEPOSARI VILLAGE, SEMANU DISTRICT, GUNUNGKIDUL REGENCY ABSTRACT This research was purposed to analyze motivation of ongole grade cow breeder at forest farmer group at Ngeposari village, Semanu, Gunungkidul. The subject matter that was used in this research were 40 people from the member of forest farmer group. The data removal method was by direct interview with respondent based on questioner then it was analyzed by descriptive statistic. The analysis result refers that needs of fisiology become the highest step of necessity that is needed by forest farmer group. The members of forest farmer group at Ngeposari village could do two phases of necessity step or more of it without ought to complete the necessity at the phase before.
