ESTIMASI NILAI WAJAR SAHAM PT BINTANG SAMUDERA MANDIRI LINES TBK DALAM RANGKA PENAWARAN UMUM TERBATAS (RIGHT ISSUE) TAHUN 2023

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan nilai wajar PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk dalam rangka right issue tahun 2023. Perhitungan nilai wajar menggunakan mengkombinasikan dua metode yaitu discounted cash flow dengan model free cash flow to equity dan free cash flow to firm, dan metode relative valuation dengan perhitungan earning per share, book value per share, dan sales per share. Harga pasar yang digunakan adalah penutupan harga saham PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk pada saat pelaksanaan right issue. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan tahunan dan laporan keuangan PT Bintang Samudera Lines Tbk selama lima tahun terakhir dari tahun 2018 – 2022, data perusahaan pembanding, harga saham, IHSG, dan data dari lembagai lainnya. Hasil rekonsiliasi diperoleh nilai intrinsik sebesar Rp339. Jika Nilai intrinsik dibandingkan dengan pelaksanaan saham PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Line Tbk pada 17 Juli 2023 sebesar Rp151, nilai intrinsik tersebut menjadi undervalued.

This study aims to determine the fair value of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk in the context of the right issue in 2023. The calculation of fair value uses two methods, namely discounted cash flow with free cash flow to equity and free cash flow to firm models, and relative valuation method with the calculation of earnings per share, book value per share, and sales per share. The results of the calculation of the two methods are then reconciled and compared with market prices. The market price used is the share price of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Lines Tbk at the time of the right issue. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual reports and audited financial statements of PT Bintang Samudera Lines Tbk for the last five years from 2018-2022, comparable company data, stock prices, JCI, and data from other institutions. The reconciliation result obtained an intrinsic value of Rp339. If the intrinsic value is compared with the implementation of PT Bintang Samudera Mandiri Line Tbk shares on July 17, 2023 of Rp151, the intrinsic value becomes undervalued.
