Pengaruh pemberian pupuk Amiboost V terhadap produktivitas biomassa pada rumput Gama Umami (Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengavuliasi penambahan pupuk Amiboost V dengan melihat pertumbuhan dan produksi biomassa dari rumput Gama Umami (Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami). Penelitian dilakukan dengan dua tahap yaitu pemeliharaan tanaman selama 35 hari di rumah kaca Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Gadjah Mada dan analisis produksi bahan kering dan organik di Laboratorium Hijauan dan Makanan Ternak dan Pastura Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Gadjah Mada. Perlakuakan yang dilakuakn pada penelitian ini terdiri dari tanaman rumput Gama Umami (Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami) dengan pemberian pupuk Amiboost V 0 ml (tanpa pemberian), 10 liter/ ha, dan 20 liter/ ha. Data yang teelah diperoleh dianalisis dengan analisis variansi menurut rancangan completely randomized design (CRD) Pola searah dan beda rerata diuji dengan duncan’s multiple range test (DMRT). Hasil penelitian diperoleh pemberian pupuk Amiboost V berpengaruh tidak nyata (P>0,05) pada tinggi tanaman, panjang daun, dan lebar daun. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat pengaruh nyyata (P<0>Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami).
This research aims to evaluate the addition of Amiboost V fertilizer by looking at the growth and biomass production of Gama Umami grass (Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami). The research was carried out in two stages, namely plant maintenance for 35 days in the greenhouse of the Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Gadjah Mada University and analysis of dry and organic matter production in the Forage and Animal Feed and Pasture Laboratory, Faculty of Animal Husbandry, Gadjah Mada University. The treatment carried out in this research consisted of Gama Umami grass plants (Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami) with the application of Amiboost V fertilizer 0 ml (without application), 10 liter/ ha, and 20 liter/ ha. The data obtained were analyzed using analysis of variance according to a completely randomized design (CRD). Unidirectional patterns and mean differences were tested using Duncan's multiple range test (DMRT). The research results showed that the application of Amiboost V fertilizer had no significant effect (P>0.05) on plant height, leaf length and leaf width. The research results showed that there was a significant effect (P<0>Pennisetum purpureum var. Gama Umami).
