Pemetaan Keberhasilan Tanaman Rehabilitasi Suaka Margasatwa Paliyan Tahun Pertama

Seja.k berstatus hutan produksi, kawasan ini telah dirambah oleh masyara.kat sekitar untuk dijadikan areal perladangan. Perambahan dan penjarahan menga.kibatkan kawasan rusa.k parah. Oleh karena itu berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Kehutanan Nomor 171/Kpts-Il/2000 kawasan BDH Paliyan tersebut dijadikan kawasan Sua.ka Margasatwa (SM) dan dilakukan rehabilitasi yang bekerjasama dengan PT Sumitomo Forestry dengan model "Hutan Kebun" pada tahun 2005. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menilai keberhasilan tanaman rehabilitasi SM Paliyan dan memeta.kan keadaan tanaman tersebut dalam bentuk peta tematik dengan bantuan Geografi lnformasi Sistem (GIS). Penelitian ini dila.kukan di Peta.k 138 dan Petak 139 Kawasan SM Paliyan, Gunung Kidul, Y ogyakarta. Dalam pengolahan data hasil inventarisasi mengguna.kan Microsoft Excel sedangkan untuk memeta.kan basil penelitian tersebut mengguna.kan Software Arc. View 3.2 dengan representasi datanya diwujudkan dalam bentuk diagram batang (histogram). Untuk membeda.kan antar variabel dalam histogram mengguna.kan wama dan tekstur. Tingkat keberhasilan tanaman di Sua.ka Margasatwa Paliyan untuk tahun pertama hanya beberapa yang memenuhi kriteria sehat yaitu yang menunjukkan kekokohan (perbandingan tinggi/diameter) kurang baik. Tanaman tersebut antara lain : Gamal dengan persen hidup 94,89% di Petak 138 dan 95, 90% di Peta.k 139, Munggur dengan persen hidup 84,94% di Petak 138 dan 84,81 % di Peta.k 139, Mangga dengan persen hidup 96,32% di Peta.k 138 dan 95, 97,45% di Petak 139. Selain itu rata-rata tinggi dan diameter ketiga tanaman tersebut adalah : Gamal = 62,8 cm dan 9,37 mm, Munggur = 60 cm dan 6,6 mm, dan Mangga = 63,27 cm dan 10, 13 mm. Komposisi persen hidup, persen mati, persen hilang, dan rata-rata tinggi tanaman pokok maupun tanaman buah disajikan dalam bentuk histogram mengguna.kan warna dan tekstur seperti pada Peta Persen Hidup Tanaman Pokok, Peta Persen Hidup Tanaman Buah, Peta Persen Mati Tanaman Pokok, Peta Persen Mati Tanaman Buah, Peta Persen Hilang Tanarnan Pokok, Peta Persen Hilang Tanaman Buah, Peta Rerata Tinggi Tanaman Pokok dan Peta Rerata Tinggi Tanaman Buah Kawasan SM Paliyan.
Paliyan BDH are formerly was a production forest. Since its status as a production forest, this area has been a exploited by surrounding community to be a cultivation area. Therefore, base on Ministry of Forestry Decree No. 17 l/KptsIl/ 2000, it has become Wild Life Reserve and a rehabilitation area in collaboration with Sumitomo Enterprise used "Hutan Kebun" model in 2005. The objectives of this research were to value the success of Paliyan Wild Life Reserve rehabilitation plant and to map the plant condition into thematic map used Geographic Information System. This research was carried out in 138 and 139 compartments in Paliyan Wild Life Reserve, Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta. The stocktaking result data were processed by Microsoft Excels and the mapping used Software Arc. View 3 .2 by representation the data into a histogram. Texture and color variable were used to distinguish the variable in histogram. The plant success rate in the Paliyan Wild Life Reserve for the first year was only several plants which appropriated the healthy criteria, viz. that shows not quite good sturdiness (comparative of high/diameter). These plants were Gamal with survival percentage 94.89% in compartment number 138 and 95.90% in compartment number 139; Munggur with survival percentage 94.94% in compartment number 138 and 84.81 % in compartment number 139; and Mangga with survival percentage 96.32% in compartment number 138 and 95.45% in compartment number 139. The average high and diameter of this three plants were; Gamal = 62.8 cm and 9.37 mm, Munggur = 60 cm and 6.6 mm, and Mangga = 63.27 cm and 10.13 mm. The composition of survival percentage, mortality percentage, lose percentage, the main and fruit plant high average were presented into a histogram used the same color and texture with the main plant survival percentage map, the fruit plant survival percentage map, the main plant mortality percentage map, the fruit plant mor tality percentage map, the main plant lose percentage map, the fruit plant lose percentage map, the main and the fruit plant high average map in Paliyan Wild Life Reserve.
