Penclitian heriujuan untuk rnengetahui 1 ) penclapatan peternak plasma yang diperoleh dan usaha ayarn kampung setelah nwnerirna fasilitas penunjang usahatani dan RRMC. 2) korelasi tingkat motivasi dengan pengembangan usaha ayarn kampung peteniak plasma setelah menerima fasilitas penunjang usahatani dan RRMC, dan 3) untuk mengevaluasi peranan unit-unit yang ada di RRMC’ dalam pengembangan peternakan ayam kampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan di dua kecarnatan (Wonosari dan Playen) Kabupatcn GunungkiduL dengan responden sebanyak 60 orang yang berasal dan empat kelompok plasma. Untuk mcngctahui tingkat pendapatan digunakan uji t dan analisis ,ro/ì1 dan break even p01111 (BEP). This study was conducted to investigate 1) the income of he native chicken farmers of the Rural Rearing Multiplication Centre (RRMC) alter receiving Iheilities support from RRMC. 2) the correlation between farmers motivation levels and their farming performance after grant of facilities from RRMC, and 3) to evaluate the role of all units under RRMC in the development native chicken farming. The study was carried out using 60 farmers in two groups of farmers in two districts. Wonosari and Playen, at Gunungkidul regency as samples of respondent. A survey method with direct interview was done. Income levels difference between the two groups was tested using t test comprising of profit analyses and break even point (I3EP). Correlation between farmers motivation levels and their farming perfòrrnance were using rank correlation of Spearman. The result showed that income increased (P<.05) after receiving grant of facilities support. Farmers income average was Rp. 863,913.90 per year, increased to Rp. I i57,140.75 per year or increased as much as 8024 %. These figures did not take the cedit payment to RRMC into consideration. Break even point (HEP) value was Rp.122,626.74 and average total revenue was Rp.l.,557,140.75. the fact that income exeeding BEP. The correlation between motivation of raised and enterprises developed at Gunungkidul regency was significant (P<.01) with rank Spearman value of .395. This thesis discussed the impacts of all units tinder RRMC.
