Pengaruh otonomi kerja dan komitmen organisasional dengan pemoderasi Tenure

2004 | Tesis | S2 ManajemenPenellitian ini menguji pengaruh otonomi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional dengan variabel pemoderasi tenure. Sampel penelitian ini adalah para manajer dilingkungan perusahaan di wilayah Jawa Tengah dan DIY. Dari 500 kuesioner yang disebar melalui survey, sebanyak 104 yang kembali dan 101 yang layak diolah (20.8 %). Ada tiga instrumen yang dipergunakan yaitu otonomi kerja dari Breaugh (Chronbach Alpha = 0.7275), kepuasan kerja dari Spector (α=0.8095) dan komitmen organisasional dari Allen dan Meyer ((α=0.6775), masing-masing diukur menggunakan lima skala Likert. Hasil analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa ada pengaruh positif antara otonomi kerja dengan komitmen organisasional tetapi pengaruh otonomi kerja terhadap kepuasan tidak signifikan. Temuan lain, masa kerja tidak memberikan efek pemoderasi terhadap pengaruh otonomi kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi.
This study examined the effect of job autonomy on job satisfaction and organizational commitment with tenure as moderating variable. Samples obtained from organizational managers in Central Java and Yogyakarta. From 500 questionnaires that were distributed using survey method, 104 were returned, yielding 20.8% respon rate. Of those that returned 101 were available from futher analysis. There are three instruments used in this research, which are job autonomy from Breaugh (α=0.7275), job satisfaction from Spector (α=0.8095), and organizational commitment from Allen and Meyer (α=0.6775). Those instrument were measured using likert five scales. The result of regression analysis indicated that job autonomy exert positive effect on organizational commitment but not on job satisfaction. Our study also found that job tenure did not moderate the effect of job autonomy on job satisfaction and the effect of job autonomy on organizational commitment
