STUDI BIAYA PRODUKSI BIBIT PINUS (Kasus di BKPH Paninggaran, KPH Pekalongan Timur)

Penyediaan bibit yang baik secara kualitas maupun kuantitas merupakan faktor penting dalam pembangunan kehutanan. Akan tetapi mengingat bahwa tidak semua benih mampu untuk langsung ditanam di lapangan, maka diperlukan suatu persemaian untuk menghasilkan bibit yang baik. Kualitas kayu/getah yang akan diperoleh pada akhir daur tidak luput dari kualitas bibit atau benih yang digunakan pada awal penanaman. Pengelolaan persemaian yang baik ditunjukkan dengan hasil semai yang meliputi kualitas, kuantitas, dan ketepatan waktu. Studi ini dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi elemen kegiatan produksi bibit dan biaya per komponennya. Biaya-biaya tersebut kemudian digabung dan dibagi dengan jumlah produksi bibit untuk mengetahui besarnya biaya produksi per bibit. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil berupa biaya produksi bibit Pirws merkusii sebesar Rp 340.894.924,81 yang terdiri dari biaya tetap sebesar Rp 46.304.436,56 atau 13,58 % dari biaya produksi dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 294.590.488,25 atau 86,42 % dari biaya produksi. Biaya produksi per batang sebesar Rp 475,31 dengan komposisi biaya tetap sebesar Rp 64 ,56/bibit dan biaya variabel sebesar Rp 410,75/bibit.

Seed supplying which is either good according to quality and also quantity is the important factor in forestry development. However considering that not all seed able to be planted directly in field, so it's needed a nursery to produce good seedling. Quality of wood/resin which is obtained in the end of cycling can not be separated from quality of seedling or seed used in the early plantation. Good nursery management is shown with the result seedling include quality, quantity, and time accuracy. The analysis method was done by identifying the work element of seed production and its cost component. These cost were being compared and then divided with its total production to know the cost production of each seedling. The final result of this research was the amount of cost production of Pinus rnerkusii was Rp 340.894.924,81 which was consist of fixed cost was Rp 46.304.436,56 or 13,58 % of the cost production and variable cost Rp 294.590.488,25 or 86,42 % of the cost production. The cost production of each seedling was Rp 475,31 which was consist of fixed cost was Rp 64,56/seedling and variable cost was Rp 410,75/seedling.
