PENGARUH ADOPSI TEKNOLOGI, PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL DAN PENGEMBANGAN KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA (SDM) TERHADAP KINERJA KEUANGAN SEKTOR PERBANKAN YANG TERDAFTAR DI BURSA EFEK INDONESIA (BEI)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh adopsi teknologi, pengendalian internal, dan pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) terhadap kinerja keuangan bank yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif untuk menguji pengaruh antara variabel-variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Metode Analisis data menggunakan regresi berganda. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling dengan periode penelitian selama tahun 2017-2022 dan total sampel penelitian 18 perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa adopsi teknologi, pengendalian internal, dan pengembangan kompetensi sumber daya manusia (SDM) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja keuangan tetapi berpengaruh positif jika di uji secara simultan. 

This study aims  to determine the influence of technology adoption, internal control, and human resource (HR) competency development on the financial performance of banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research employs a quantitative approach. The sample selection is carried out using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis is conducted using multiple regression analysis. The research period spans from 2018 to 2022, with a total sample of 18 companies. The results of the study indicate that technology adoption, internal control, and HR competency development individually do not affect financial performance but have a positive impact when considered simultaneously. This study highlights the importance of investing in technology and HR competency development and regularly evaluating the internal controls of banks to improve their financial performance.
