PENGARUH PENAMBAHAN TEPUNG KACANG SACHA INCHI (Plukenetia volubilis L.) PADA PAKAN TERHADAP PERSENTASE ORGAN IMUN AYAM PEDAGING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan kacang sacha inchi pada pakan terhadap persentase organ imun ayam pedaging. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 35 hari di kandang closed house PT. Ciomas Adisatwa Fakultas Peternakan Universitas Gadjah Mada. Sebanyak 100 ekor Day Old Chick (DOC) dibagi secara acak menjadi 4 kelompok perlakuan dan pengulangan sebanyak 5 kali. DOC diberikan pakan dengan perbedaan kadar tepung kacang sacha inchi yaitu SI-0 merupakan pakan basal tanpa penambahan tepung kacang sacha inchi, SI-0,5 merupakan pakan yang ditambahkan 0,5% tepung kacang sacha inchi, SI-1 merupakan pakan yang ditambahkan 1% tepung kacang sacha inchi, dan SI-2 merupakan pakan yang ditambahkan 2% tepung kacang sacha inchi. Pemberian pakan dan minum dilakukan secara ad libitum. Data yang diamati yaitu bobot akhir ayam pedaging, persentase thymus, bursa fabricius, dan limfa. Analisis data menggunakan analisis variansi berdasarkan Rancangan Acak Lengkap Pola Searah menggunakan aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penambahan tepung kacang sacha inchi pada pakan dengan persentase berbeda tidak mempengaruhi persentase thymus, bursa fabricius, dan limfa.

This study aims to determine the effect of adding sacha inchi peanuts to feed on the percentage of broiler immune organs. The study was conducted for 35 days in the PT Ciomas Adisatwa closed house at the Faculty of Animal Science, Gadjah Mada University. One hundred day old chick (DOC) were randomly divided into four treatment groups and repeated five times. DOCs were fed with different levels of sacha inchi peanut flour: SI-0 is the basal feed without the addition of sacha inchi peanut flour, SI-0,5 is the feed with 0,5% sacha inchi peanut flour, SI-1 is the feed with 1% sacha inchi peanut flour, and SI-2 is the feed with 2% sacha inchi peanut flour. Feeding and drinking were done ad libitum. Data observed included broilers' final weight, thymus percentage, bursa Fabricius, and lymph. Data analysis used analysis of variance based on a Randomized Complete Block Design using the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences application. Based on the study's results, it can be concluded that adding sacha inchi peanut flour to feed at different percentages has no significant effect on the percentage of thymus, bursa fabricius, and lymp.
