ALOKASI OPTIMAL DISTRIBUSI GETAH PINUS DI KPH KEDU UTARA

Alokasi distribusi getah pinus di KPH Kedu Utara yang saat ini berjalan diduga belum optimal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui alokasi distribusi getah pinus optimal yang ditunjukkan oleh besamya total biaya distribusi minimum. Metode yang digunakan untuk menemukan biaya distribusi dimaksud dalam studi ini adalah model transportasi (transportation problem). Lokasi tempat pengumpulan getah dalarn studi sebanyak 27 buah dan lokasi pabrik gondorukem dan terpentin sebanyak 5 buah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa terjadi penghematan biaya distribusi getah pinus sebesar Rp 8,29/kg (semula Rp 227,35/kg menjadi Rp 219,06/kg). Agar penghematan biaya distribusi ini dapat direalisasikan maka metode ini disarankan untuk dapat diterapkan di wilayah studi.

The allocation of pine resin distribution in KPH Kedu Utara that has been run is assumed not optimally worked yet. This study is aimed to know the allocation of optimal pine resin distribution shown by the total of minimum distribution cost. The research method that is used to find the distribution cost is Transportation Model (Transportation Problem). The location of pine resin gathering (J'empat Pengumpulan Getah/TPG) in this research is about 27 spots while the location of gondorukem and terpentine factories (Pabrik Gondorukem dan Terpentin/PGT) is about 5. According to the research result, there is an efficient on pine resin distribution cost in amount of Rp 8,29/kg (from Rp 227,35/kg to Rp 219,061kg). In order to realize the efficient on the distribution cost, this method is suggested to be applied in this study area.
