Praktik Cybercrime Social Engineering Perspektif Dehumanisasi dan Personality Nikolai Berdyaev

Penelitian yang berjudul “Praktik Cybercrime Social Engineering Perspektif Dehumanisasi dan Personality Nikolai Berdyaev” ini dilatarbelakangi munculnya bentuk kejahatan siber yaitu social engineering yang memiliki bias makna dengan arti semula . Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah melakukan deskripsi mengenai masalah yang muncul dari praktik social engineering, mengelaborasikan konsep dehumanisasi dan personality dari Nikolai Berdyaev, dan analisis masalah yang muncul akibat social engineering menggunakan dua teori tersebut.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kepustakaan (library research) sehingga melibatkan sumber data dari literatur kepustakaan untuk memberikan penjelasan sistematis dan komprehensif mengenai masalah yang muncul akibat social engineering. Objek material penelitian ini adalah masalah akibat praktik cybercrime social engineering, dan objek formal penelitian ini adalah pemikiran Nikolai Berdyaev mengenai Dehumanisasi dan Personality. Untuk mengelaborasikan konsep personality dan dehumanisasi penelitian filsafat hitoris faktual mengenai tokoh digunakan. Unsur-unsur metodis yang dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini adalah interpretasi, kesinambungan historis, koherensi intern, dan deskripsi sebagai tahapan dalam penelitian.

Penelitian ini menghasilkan tiga kesimpulan : Pertama problem yang muncul akibat praktik social engineering memiliki tiga dampak merugikan, yaitu kerugian materi, potensi pencemaran nama baik melalui akuisisi akun pribadi, serta objektifikasi yang diterima oleh korban. Kedua, konsep Dehumanisasi dan Personality adalah bentuk kritik Nikolai Berdyaev terhadap perlakuan yang mereduksi nilai-nilai kemanusiaan yang salah satu sebabnya adalah teknologi. Ketiga, perspektif Dehumanisasi dan Personality menilai praktik cybercrime social engineering sebagai tindakan impersonal yang tidak menghargai personality dan men-dehumanisasi korbannya.

The research titled "Practice of Cybercrime Social Engineering from the Dehumanization and Personality Perspective of Nikolai Berdyaev" addresses the growing concern of social engineering in cybercrime, focusing on its deviation from its original meaning. It aims to identify the issues stemming from social engineering, delve into Nikolai Berdyaev's concepts of dehumanization and personality, and analyze how these theories apply to the problems associated with social engineering.

Conducted as a library research, it systematically utilizes literature to explore the consequences of social engineering. The research concentrates on problems arising from social engineering practices, with Nikolai Berdyaev's ideas on dehumanization and personality serving as its formal object. Historical-philosophical research on characters supplements the elucidation of these concepts. Methodologically, the research employs interpretation, historical continuity, internal coherence, and description as stages. 

This research produces three conclusions: First, the problems that arise as a result of social engineering practices have three detrimental impacts, namely material loss, potential defamation through the acquisition of personal accounts, and objectification received by victims. Second, the concept of Dehumanization and Personality is a form of Nikolai Berdyaev's criticism of treatment that reduces human values, one of which is technology. Third, the dehumanization and personality perspective assesses the practice of cybercrime social engineering as an impersonal act that does not respect the personality and dehumanizes the victim.
