Background: The implementation of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) is crucial in healthcare services as PERMENKES No 24 tahun 2022. A literature evaluation aimed at studying three important aspects of technology adoption, namely Human, Organization, Technology, and Net Benefit (HOT-fit) to evaluate the EMR health information system at Sri Husada Principal Clinic.
Objective: This study aims to identify and evaluate issues in the implementation of EMR at Sri Husada Principal Clinic.using the HOT-fit model approach.
Methods: The research was conducted from May 6 to 18, 2024 used a descriptive quantitative study with a cross-sectional design, employing a survey approach using the HOT-fit framework. This type of research emphasizes the observation of variables only once, at one point in time. All variables were observed simultaneously at one moment with no follow-up. The subjects of the study were 25 staff users of EMR using a Likert scale questioner.
Results: Based on the data analysis, the value of sig.F<0 xss=removed xss=removed>
Conclusion: The implementation of EMR utilization at Sri Husada Principal Clinic shows that overall it is good and positive, but there are some issues. The coefficient of determination shows that 47% of the variability in EMR benefits is explained by human, organization, technology, user knowledge, and regulatory factors. The remaining 53% is explained by other factors outside the research model, such as external policies and regulations, and technological infrastructure.
