ANALISIS PENERIMAAN PLATFORM E-LEARNING (SIDEK-EDU) PADA SISWA SEKOLAH MENENGAH DENGAN PENDEKATAN UTAUT2-TOE: IMPLIKASI UNTUK PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL

Intisari

Tujuan - Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji faktor-faktor penerimaan e-learning pada siswa-siswi di sekolah menengah. Pada penelitian ini, peneliti menggunakan kombinasi model penerimaan sistem, yaitu UTAUT2 dan TOE. Kerangka UTAUT2 digunakan untuk mengeksplorasi penerimaan teknologi dari konteks perilaku individu, sedangkan TOE digunakan untuk memahami penerimaan teknologi dari konteks organisasi berdasarkan perspektif siswa-siswi, karena menghasilkan pilihan yang lebih baik untuk mengantisipasi hubungan antara penerimaan teknologi inovasi di sekolah menengah.

Design/methodology/approach - Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini berjumlah 212 orang yang merupakan siswa-siswi sekolah menengan yang baru mencoba menggunakan SIDEK-Edu. Penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) untuk melakukan analisis model pengukuran dan model struktural dengan software WarpPLS versi 6. 

Temuan - Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan, dari total 16 hipotesis terdapat 6 hipotesis diterima dan 10 hipotesis ditolak. Temuan penelitian dari konteks individu diketahui bahwa performance expectancy, social influence, dan learning value berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention untuk menggunakan teknologi inovasi SIDEK-Edu.  Selanjutnya, dilihat dari persepsi siswa dalam konteks organisasi hanya relative advantage yang berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap behavioral intention, sedangkan compatibility, ICT resources, dan competitive pressure tidak.

Orisinalitas – Penelitian ini menggunakan kombinasi model UTAUT2-TOE untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor penerimaan teknologi e-learning SIDEK-Edu terhadap siswa-siswi sekolah menengah. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mendapatkan hasil yang lebih komprehensif berdasarkan perspektif siswa dalam konteks individu dan konteks organisasi pada penerimaan teknologi SIDEK-Edu sebagai pemenuhan kebutuhan pengguna..

Abstract

Objective – This study aimed to examine the acceptance factors of e-learning among students in high schools. In this study, the researchers used a combination of system acceptance models, namely UTAUT2 and TOE. The UTAUT2 framework was used to explore technology acceptance from the context of individual behavior, while TOE was used to understand technology acceptance in the organizational context based on the perspective of students, as it resulted in a better choice to anticipate the relationship between the acceptance of technological innovation in high schools. 

Design/methodology/approach - This study used quantitative methods. The sample in this study amounted to 212 people who were high school students who had just tried using SIDEK-Edu. This study used Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) to analyze the measurement model and structural model with WarpPLS version 6 software. 

Findings - Based on the results of the tests carried out, out of a total of 16 hypotheses, 6 hypotheses were accepted and 10 hypotheses were rejected. Research findings from the individual context showed that performance expectancy, social influence, and learning value had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use SIDEK-Edu innovation technology. Furthermore, judging from students' perceptions in the organizational context, only relative advantage had a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention, while compatibility, ICT resources, and competitive pressure did not. 

Originality - This research used a combination of the UTAUT2-TOE model to identify factors in the acceptance of SIDEK-Edu e-learning technology for middle school students. This was done to obtain more comprehensive results based on student perspectives in individual contexts and organizational contexts on the acceptance of SIDEK-Edu technology to fulfill user needs.
