Hubungan antara gaya kepemimpinan Kepala Puskesmas dan motivasi kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja Dokter Gigi Puskesmas di Kabupaten Pemalang, Pekalongan, Batang

Dalam mempertahankan motivasi kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja dokter gigi maka harus mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan motivasi kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja dokter gigi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara variabel pengaruh: gaya kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas dan variabel terpengaruh: motivasi kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja dokter gigi puskesmas di kabupaten Pemalang, Pekalongan, dan Batang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian non-eksperimental dengan rancangan cross sectional dengan jumlah subyek penelitian (responden) sebanyak 32 orang dokter gigi puskesmas di kabupaten Pemalang, Pekalongan, Batang. Pengukuran variabel-variabel penelitian menggunakan alat ukur berbentuk kuesioner berdasarkan skala Likert. Analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi point triserial, korelasi Pearson dan anava (á = 0,05). Metode kualitatif digunakan untuk menyusun dan membuat kuesioner gaya kepemimpinan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (a) ada hubungan secara bermakna antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas dan motivasi kerja (r = 0,85), kinerja (r = 0,43), kepuasan kerja (r = 0,47) dokter gigi puskesmas ; (b) ada pengaruh secara bermakna antara gaya kepemimpinan demokratis kepala puskesmas dengan motivasi kerja (p = 0,000), kinerja (p = 0,000), kepuasan kerja (p = 0,029) dokter gigi puskesmas; persentase terbanyak gaya kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas adalah gaya kepemimpinan laisser-faire (48,9%). Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah: (a) ada hubungan secara bermakna antara gaya kepemimpinan kepala puskesmas dengan motivasi kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja dokter gigi puskesmas; (b) gaya kepemimpinan demokratis paling berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, kinerja, kepuasan kerja dokter gigi puskesmas; (c) gaya kepemimpinan terbanyak adalah gaya kepemimpinan laisser-faire.

In keeping the work motivation, performance, and work satisfaction of the dentist, there should be a consideration on the factors related to the work motivation, performance, and work satisfaction of the dentist. This study was aimed to find out the relationship between the independent variable: styles of leadership of public health center (PHC) CEO, and dependent variables: work motivation, performance, work satisfaction of the dentist of the public health center in the districts of Pemalang, Pekalongan, and Batang. A cross-sectional study was carried on 32 dentists who were working at the public health centers in the districts of Pemalang, Pekalongan, and Batang. Questionnaires based on the Likert scale were used to measure the study variables. The correlation point triserial, correlation Pearson and varians analysis were used to analysis the data (á = 0.05). Qualitative methods were used to construct styles of leadership. The results show that there are (a) a significant relationship between the styles of leadership of PHC CEO and motivation ( r = 0.85), performance (r = 0.43), works satisfaction (r = 0.47); (b) a significant influence between the democratic styles of leadership of PHC CEO with work motivation (p = 0.000), performance (p = 0.000), work satisfaction (p = 0.029) of dentist of PHC; (c) the most percent styles of leadership of PHC CEO is the laisser-faire (48.9%). The conclusion show that there are (a) a significant relationship between the styles of leadership of PHC CEO and work motivation, performance, work satisfaction of the dentist of PHC; (b) the democratic styles of leadership of PHC CEO the most influential of work motivation, performance, work satisfaction of dentist of PHC; (c) the most percent styles of leadership of PHC CEO is the laisser-faire.
