Peran pasrtisipasi pengambilan keputusan dan persepsi tentang pengembangan karir terhadap komitmen karyawan pada perusahaan

Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel purposive sampling. Subjek penelitian terdiri dari 150 karyawan. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan skala partisipasi pengambilan keputusan, persepsi tentang pengembangan karir, dan komitmen karyawan pada perusahaan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, ditemukan pola hubungan sebagai berikut: partisipasi pengambilan keputusan (ß= 0.401263), persepsi tentang pengembangan karir (ß= 0.220304), dan masa kerja (ß= 0.138982) berperan terhadap komitmen karyawan pada perusahaan (R= 0.500 dan p<0.01).
The correlation between employee participation in the decision making and perception about developmental career with organizational commitment. This research aimed to examine the correlation between employee participation in the decision making and perception about developmental career with organizational commitment. This research employed purposive sampling technique. The subjects of the research were 150 employees. The data were collected by the means of three questionnaire and organizational commitment questionnaire. Data were analyzed using regression and multiple partial correlation.
