ANALISIS PENDAPATAN DAN EFISIENSI EKONOMI USAHA SATE KAMBING DI KECAMATAN PLERET KABUPATEN BANTUL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pendapatan dan efisiensi ekonomi usaha sate kambing serta pengaruh lama usaha, modal usaha, kala produksi, dan lokasi usaha terhadap pendapatan usaha sate kambing di Kecamatan Pleret Kabupaten Bantul. Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2011 sampai dengan Juli 2011. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Pemilihan lokasi dilakukan secara purposive sampling yaitu dipilih Kecamatan Pleret, kemudian diambil dua desa yaitu Desa Wonokromo dan Desa Pleret. Penentuan responden dilakukan secara sensus. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel bebas lama usaha, modal usaha, skala produksi, dan lokasi usaha digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda, sedangkan untuk mengukur pendapatan dan efisiensi ekonomi dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan usaha sate kambing adalah Rp 14.441.372,08/bulan. Ratarata efisiensi biaya (R/C) usaha sate kambing adalah 1,59 dan rata-rata efisiensi modal (rentabilitas) adalah 40,25 persen/bulan yang berarti bahwa usaha sate kambing di Kecamatan Pleret tidak efisien. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa variabel modal usaha dan skala produksi berpengaruh nyata terhadap pendapatan usaha sate kambing di Kecamatan Pleret Kabupaten Bantul. The aims of this research was to find out the level of income and economic efficiency of goat satay business and to identify the influence business period, business capital, production scale, and business location on income of goat satay business. This research has been conducted from April to July 2011 in Pleret Subdistrict, Bantul Regency. The method used is survey. Location selection was done by purposive sampling and chosen Pleret District, and then captured two villages namely Wonokromo Village and Pleret Village. Determination of the respondents carried out a census. To determine the effect of the independent variable business period, business capital, production scale, and business location used multiple linear regression analysis, whereas for the measure of income and economic efficiency was form the table. The results showed that the average income of goat satay business was IDR 14,441,372.08/month. Average of cost efficiency (R/C) of goat satay business was 1,61 and the average of capital efficiency (earning power) was 42.05 percent/month, which means that goat satay business in the District of Pleret was not efficient. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the business capital and scale of production significantly affected on income of goat satay business in Pleret Subdistrict, Bantul Regency.
