Perencanaan Smart Economy Kabupaten Sleman Berdasarkan Evaluasi Smart Economy dalam Sleman Smart Regency tahun 2017 - 2023

Pertumbuhan ekonomi yang selaras dengan pertumbuhan IPTEK dimanfaatkan oleh Pemerintah Kabupaten Sleman dalam smart economy Sleman Smart Regency. Pengembangan ekonomi dilakukan melalui berbagai cara dan upaya hingga mampu mendapatkan predikat Best Smart Economy dalam Smart City Awards 2021. Namun, perkembangan isu perekonomian Sleman membuat pertanyaan mengenai capaian ini. Untuk itu dilakukan evaluasi mengenai capaian smart economy melalui hasil sintesis indikator meliputi innovative spirit, ability to transform, productivity, economic image and trademark, flexibility to labour market, entrepreneurship, international embeddedness, dan kemiskinan. Hasil evaluasi ini digunakan sebagai dasar dalam penyusunan perencanaan smart economy Kabupaten Sleman. Penyusunan rencana ini menggunakan metode Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving Methods yang terdiri atas 4 analisis. Selain itu, proses pendetailan rencana ini dilakukan menggunakan pedoman milik Kominfo sesuai dengan Pedoman Gerakan 100 Smart City. Pengembangan rencana ini menggunakan pendekatan keterhubungan antar wilayah sesuai dengan permasalahan yang muncul dalam perekonomian Kabupaten Sleman. Secara lebih detail perencanaan ini menggunakan konsep circular and ecological sphere dalam pengembangan rencana-rencana detailnya. 

Economic growth is in line with the growth of technology utilised by the Sleman Regency Government. Economic development is carried out through various ways and efforts to achieve Best Smart Economy in the Smart City Awards 2021. However, the Sleman's economic issues has raised questions about this achievement. For this reason, an evaluation of the achievements of the smart economy was carried out through the synthesis of indicators including innovative spirit, ability to transform, productivity, economic image and trademark, flexibility to labour market, entrepreneurship, international embeddedness, and poverty. The results of this evaluation are used for planning the smart economy of Sleman. The Kepner-Tregoe Problem Solving Methods which consists of 4 analyses was chosen to be the methods of the planning. In addition, the process of detailing this plan was carried out using Kominfo's guidelines.. The development of this plan uses an rural-urban linkage approach in accordance with the problems that arise in Sleman. In more detail, this plan uses the concept of circular and ecological sphere in the development of detailed plans.
