Gambaran Motivasi Mahasiswa Profesi Ners Terhadap Blended Learning di Situasi Pandemi Covid-19

Latar Belakang: Covid-19 berdampak pada seluruh aspek sosial, ekonomi, politik, spiritual, kesehatan serta pendidikan. Berdasarkan prevalensi kejadian sebanyak 1,6 miliar pelajar dari 190 negara juga merasakan dampaknya. Blended learning dilaksanakan sebagai bentuk respon adaptasi kebiasaan baru pada era pandemi Covid-19 dan diharapkan membantu mengembangkan dan meningkatkan cakupan kompetensi dan motivasi belajar di antara mahasiswa kesehatan.
Tujuan Penelitian: Untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi belajar mahasiswa profesi ners PSIK UGM terhadap blended learning di situasi pandemi Covid-19.
Metode: Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian cross sectional dengan sampel berjumlah 92 responden. Motivasi belajar diukur menggunakan Motivated Straegies for Learning Questionaire (MLSQ)
Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini adalah mayoritas responden berjenis kelamin perempuan dan berada di rentang usia 20-25 tahun. Mayoritas mahasiswa profesi ners PSIK FKKMK UGM (53,3%) memiliki motivasi belajar pada tingkat sedang terhadap blended learning di situasi pandemi Covid-19. Hasil analisis pada 6 subskala motivasi belajar menunjukkan bahwa masing-masing subskala berada pada tingkat sedang.
Kesimpulan: Mayoritas mahasiswa profesi ners FKKMK UGM memiliki motivasi pada tingat sedang baik pada keseluruhan subskala maupun pada tiap subskala.
Background: Covid-19 has impacted social, economic, political, spiritual, health and education aspects. Based on the prevalence of events, 1.6 billion students from 190 countries felt the impact. Blended learning is carried out as a form of adaptation to new habits in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic and is expected to help develop and increase the scope of competence and learning motivation among nursing students.
Objectives: To describe learning motivation for students towards blended learning in the covid-19 pandemic situation.
Method: This study was a quantitative descriptive using a cross sectional design with 92 subjects. Instrument used are Motivated Straegies for Learning Questionnaire (MLSQ).
Results: The result of this study shows that the majority of respondents are female and are in the age range of 20-25 years old. The majority of PSIK FKKMK UGM’s students have a moderate level of learning motivation towards blended learning in the Covid-19 pandemic situation. The results on 6 subscales of learning motivation show moderate level on each subscales.
Conclusion: The majority of respondents have moderate motivation both on all subscales and on each subscale.
