PENGARUH PELATIHAN KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA BERBASIS KOMUNITAS TERHADAP COGNITIVE, AFFECTIVE, PSYCHOMOTOR (CAP) PADA KADER KESEHATAN DI DAERAH RAWAN BENCANA GEMPA BUMI BANTUL YOGYAKARTA

Latar belakang: Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta termasuk salah satu provinsi yang rawan terjadinya gempa bumi. Kejadian gempa bumi di wilayah provinsi DI. Yogyakarta tahun 2006 menyebabkan 6.000 orang meninggal dan 38.000 luka luka. Beberapa dampak tersebut menggambarkan pentingnya melakukan kesiapsiagaan bencana yang meliputi cognitive, affective, dan psychomotor (CAP) melalui kegiatan pelatihan. Kader kesehatan sebagai bagian dari masyarakat belum pernah terpapar pelatihan sehingga perlu dilakukan pelatihan untuk mengurangi dampak dari kejadian bencana gempa bumi.
Tujuan: Mengukur pengaruh pelatihan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi terhadap CAP kader kesehatan di daerah rawan bencana gempa bumi di Bantul Yogyakarta.
Metode: Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan pre-experimental design dengan metode one group pretest posttest design using a double post-test. Sampel penelitian ini merupakan 30 kader kesehatan di Kecamatan Pundong Bantul Yogyakarta. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik consecutive sampling. Intervensi yang dilakukan adalah pelatihan Kesiapsiagaan Bencana Gempa Bumi yang dilakukan selama 1 hari. Pre-test dan post-test dilakukan di hari yang sama, sedangkan pengukuran retensi dilakukan 2 minggu setelah pelatihan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner cognitive dan affective serta lembar observasi psychomotor. Analisis data menggunakan uji repeated-ANOVA.
Hasil: Rerata nilai CAP kader kesehatan meningkat setelah diberikan pelatihan, dan menurun setelah dua minggu setelah diberikan pelatihan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi. Pada penelitian ini ditemukan dampak intervensi pelatihan yang diberikan terhadap cognitive kader kesehatan (p<0>
Kesimpulan: Pelatihan kesiapsiagaan bencana gempa bumi penting untuk meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan bencana pada kader kesehatan. Instrumen yang dihasilkan dari penelitian ini dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam pembelajaran kesiapsiagaan bencana dan dapat dikembangkan dalam konteks bencana yang lebih luas.

Background: Yogyakarta is one of the provinces that is vulnerable to earthquakes. The 2006
Yogyakarta earthquake caused 6,000 deaths and 38,000 injuries. Some of these impacts illustrate
the importance of carrying out disaster preparedness which includes cognitive, affective and
psychomotor (CAP) through training activities. Health cadres as part of society have never been
exposed to training, so training needs to be carried out to reduce the impact of earthquake
disasters.
Objective: This study aims to determine the effect of earthquake disaster preparedness training
on the CAP of health cadres in the earthquake-prone area of Bantul, Yogyakarta. Method: The research used a pre-experimental design one group pretest posttest design using a
double post-test. The sample for this research was 30 health cadres in Pundong Bantul District,
Yogyakarta. Sampling was taken using a consecutive sampling technique. The intervention
carried out was Earthquake Disaster Preparedness training which was carried out for 1 day. The
pre-test and post-test were carried out on the same day, while retention measurements were
carried out 2 weeks after training. Data collection was carried out using cognitive and affective
questionnaires and psychomotor observation sheets. Data analysis used repeated-ANOVA
analysis.
Results: The average CAP score of health cadres increased after being given training, and
decreased after two weeks after being given earthquake disaster preparedness training. In this
study, it was found that the impact of the training intervention provided on the cognitive health
cadres was found (p<0> Conclusion: Earthquake disaster preparedness training is important to improve disaster
preparedness among health cadres. The instruments resulting from this research can be used as
a guide in learning disaster preparedness and can be developed in a wider disaster context.
