SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN MENGGUNAKAN KOMBINASI METODE PROFILE MATCHING DAN TOPSIS UNTUK MEMBANTU MASYARAKAT DALAM MENENTUKAN PILIHAN PARTAI POLITIK PADA PEMILU 2024

Dinamika partai politik membuat masyarakat dilema untuk menentukan pilihan partai yang sesuai. Berdasarkan studi terkait perilaku pemilih pada pemilu, masih sedikit masyarakat yang menggunakan faktor rasional dalam menentukan pilihan partai. Untuk itu, perlu sebuah sistem yang dapat membantu masyarakat dalam menentukan partai pilihan pada pemilu secara rasional.

Pengembangan sistem dibangun menggunakan kriteria berdasarkan hasil survei yang berjumlah 6 kriteria dan 13 sub kriteria yang tersebar pada setiap kriteria. Kriteria yang digunakan yaitu program kerja partai, visi-misi partai, ideologi partai, ketokohan dalam partai, popularitas partai, dan rekam jejak partai.

Metode yang digunakan dalam sistem yaitu kombinasi antara metode profile matching dan TOPSIS. Metode profile matching digunakan untuk proses pembobotan dengan menghitung gap antara nilai ideal dengan profil partai sedangkan TOPSIS digunakan untuk proses perangkingan dengan menghitung jarak solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif dengan alternatif. TOPSIS menghasilkan nilai akhir berupa urutan preferensi dari hasil kalkulkasi setiap alternatif dengan solusi ideal positif dan solusi ideal negatif.

Pengujian dilakukan dengan menganalisis kriteria yang mempengaruhi hasil rekomendasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa kriteria yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perangkingan alternatif adalah kriteria C1 sedangkan C6 memiliki pengaruh terendah terhadap perangkingan alternatif. Urutan pengaruh kriteria terhadap perangkingan alternatif adalah C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, dan C6.

The dynamics of political parties create a dilemma for the public to determine which party to choose the appropriate party. Based on studies related to voter behavior in elections, there are still few people who use rational factors in determining party choices. For this reason, a system is needed that can help people in determining the party of choice in the election rationally.

System development is built using criteria based on survey results totaling 6 criteria and 13 sub criteria spread over each criterion. The criteria used are party work programs, party vision and mission, party ideology, party, party popularity, and party track record.

The method used in the system is a combination of profile matching and TOPSIS. The profile matching method is used for the weighting process by calculating the gap between the ideal value and the party profile while TOPSIS is used for the ranking process by calculating the distance between the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution with alternatives. TOPSIS produces a final value in the form of a preference order from the calculation of each alternative with a positive ideal solution and a negative ideal solution. negative ideal solution.

Testing is done by analyzing the criteria that affect the results of recommendations. The test results show that the criteria that most influence the ranking of alternatives are criteria C1 while C6 has the lowest influence on the ranking of alternatives. The order of influence of criteria on the ranking of alternatives is C1, C2, C3, C4, C5, and C6.
