Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Pemilihan Gawai Seluler Android Resmi di Indonesia dengan Metode AHP dan Profile Matching

Gawai seluler menjadi kebutuhan utama masyarakat. Seluruh kegiatan dapat diakses

dengan praktis dan cepat melalui genggaman tangan. Pemilihan gawai seluler yang tepat

menjadi esensial untuk menunjang kebutuhan subjektif pengguna. Mengingat gawai seluler

dengan Operating System (OS) android menjamur di Indonesia, calon pengguna kesulitan

untuk mengidentifikasi tipe spesifik yang dapat memenuhi keinginan mereka. Banyak

komponen penting dalam proses penentuan gawai seluler, seperti prosesor, kualitas kamera,

RAM, ukuran, dan komponen lainnya. Pertimbangan yang terlalu banyak akan menyulitkan

pengguna untuk memilih gawai seluler yang sesuai.

Oleh karena itu, dalam penelitian ini dikembangkan suatu Sistem Pendukung

Keputusan (SPK) untuk membantu calon pengguna dalam menentukan gawai seluler yang

ideal dengan memanfaatkan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Profile

Matching. Metode AHP dimanfaatkan untuk proses pemberian bobot dengan menangkap

kebutuhan subjektif calon pengguna gawai seluler, sementara metode profile matching

diimplementasikan dalam proses pemeringkatan. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini ialah sistem

pendukung keputusan dengan teknologi laman web yang memudahkan proses penentuan

gawai seluler untuk calon pengguna dengan mempertimbangkan preferensi personal. SPK ini

mendapatkan penilaian 4,5 pada aspek kehandalan, penilaian 3,875 pada aspek manfaat, dan

penilaian 4,5 pada aspek manfaat. Hal ini berarti SPK ini mendapatkan hasil sangat

memuaskan pada aspek kehandalan dan manfaat serta cukup memuaskan pada aspek

manfaat.

Mobile devices are the main needs of society. All activities can be accessed

practically and quickly through the palm of the hand. Choosing the right cellular device is

essential to support the subjective needs of users. Considering that cellular devices with the

Android Operating System (OS) are rapidly growing in Indonesia, potential users find it

difficult to identify the specific type that can fulfill their wishes. Many components are

important in the process of selecting a mobile device, such as processor, camera quality,

RAM, size, and other components. Too many considerations will make it difficult for users to

choose the right mobile device.

Therefore, Decision Support System (DSS) was developed to assist potential users in

determining the ideal cellular device by utilizing the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and

Profile Matching methods. The AHP method is used for the weighting process by capturing

the subjective needs of prospective cellular device users, while the profile matching method

is implemented in the ranking process. The end result of this research is a decision support

system with web page technology that facilitates the process of selecting a cellular device for

potential users by considering personal preferences. The DSS received an assessment of 4.5

in the aspect of reliability, an assessment of 3,875 in the aspect of benefits, and an assessment

of 4.5 in the aspect of benefits. This means that the DSS has obtained very satisfactory results

in the aspects of reliability and benefits and quite satisfactory in the aspects of benefits.
