Penerapan e-government yang telah ada di Indonesia belum mencakup sistem informasi pengolahan data penduduk secara waktui nyata. Pada umumnya Situs Web pemerintahan yang ada , sebagai tolok ukur yang paling sederhana dalam melihat implementasi e-government, isinya masih bersifat informasi yang sangat umum dan belum bersifat waktu nyata. Pada tesis ini, dibuat suatu prototipe sistem informasi data penduduk yang menghasilkan informasi berupa jumlah pria atau wanita , jumlah warga yang mempunyai gelar akademis pada strata tertentu, serta jumlah penduduk pada usia tertentu pada setiap kelurahan maupun setiap kecamatan

The application of e-government system already started in Indonesia has not yet included information system for processing residential data in real time. In general the existing government websites, as the resources to access how far the implementation of e-government, the contents are basically of very general information and do not have the character of real time yet. In this thesis, a residential data information system prototype is developed which provide information in the form of the number of women and men, the number of citizens having academic titles of certain strata, and also the number residents with respect to their ages in each sub-district and also in each district.
