Dampak Pengusahaan Wisata Hutan Pinus Pengger, Dlingo, Bantul, Terhadap Pendapatan Pelaku Usaha Wisata Lokal Di Masa Pandemi Covid-19

Hutan Pinus Pengger merupakan objek wisata di Kecamatan Dlingo, Kabupaten Bantul, yang berlokasi di Dusun Sendangsari, Desa Terong. Kehadiran wabah virus Covid-19 pada awal tahun 2020 mengakibatkan dampak siginifikan pada berbagai aspek, khususnya aspek ekonomi. Adanya Covid-19 membuat hilangnya pekerjaan masyarakat lokal yang bergantung pada usaha wisata. Hal tersebut berdampak pada perubahan pendapatan pelaku usaha wisata lokal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dampak pengusahaan wisata di Objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Pengger terhadap pendapatan kotor dan pendapatan bersih pelaku usaha Objek Wisata Alam Hutan Pinus Pengger selama Pandemi Covid-19.

Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan metode observasi langsung, wawancara terhadap pelaku usaha wisata lokal, dan dilengkapi dengan studi literatur. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap semua pelaku usaha di Objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Pengger dengan menggunakan metode sensus guna mengumpulkan data pendapatan kotor dan bersih pelaku usaha wisata terhadap keberadaan objek wisata selama Pandemi Covid-19. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif dengan mendeskripsikan grafik dan tabel. 

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jenis usaha wisata yang terdapat pada Objek Wisata Hutan Pinus Pengger meliputi: usaha warung, usaha fotografi, usaha spot foto, usaha tiket masuk, dan usaha parkir dengan total pelaku usaha sebanyak 44 orang. Dampak pengusahaan wisata terbesar terhadap pendapatan kotor masyarakat pelaku usaha lokal selama Pandemi Covid-19 diperoleh total sebesar yaitu Rp -67.461.778 dengan kontribusi usaha wisata terhadap pendapatan kotor total terbesar yaitu 73,93% pada jenis usaha tiket masuk. Sedangkan dampak pengusahaan wisata terbesar terhadap pendapatan bersih masyarakat pelaku usaha lokal selama masa Pandemi Covid-19 diperoleh total sebesar yaitu Rp -52.190.155. 

The Pine Forest of Pengger is a tourist attraction in the Dlingo District, Bantul Regency, located in Sendangsari Hamlet, Terong Village. The outbreak of the Covid-19 virus in early 2020 had significant impacts on various aspects, especially the economic aspect. The presence of Covid-19 resulted in the closure of the tourist attraction for 6 months in 2021, leading to the loss of jobs for local communities dependent on the tourism industry. This had an impact on the change in income for local tourism operators. This research was conducted to assess the impact of tourism management at the Pine Forest of Pengger on the gross and net income of operators during the Covid-19 pandemic.

The research employed direct observation methods, interviews with local tourism operators, and supplemented by literature review. Interviews were conducted with all operators at the Pine Forest of Pengger using a census method to gather gross and net income data of tourism operators concerning the existence of the tourist attraction during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data analysis used descriptive analysis by illustrating graphs and tables. 

The research findings indicate that the types of tourism business present at the Pine Forest Pengger tourist site include: food stalls, photography services, photo spots, entrance ticket sales, and parking services, with a total of 44 business operators. The largest impact of tourism operation on the gross income of local business operators during the Covid-19 pandemic was a total of Rp -67.461.778, with the tourism business contributing the highest total gross income of 73,93% from entrance ticket sales. Meanwhile, the largest impact of tourism operation on the net income of local business operators during the Covid-19 pandemic was a total of Rp -52.190.155.
