Kecenderungan burn out pada perawat Rumah Sakit St. Elisabeth Semarang

2003 | Tesis | S2 PsikologiPenelitian ini bertujuan untu k mengetahui hubngan antara kepribadian beban kerja dan lingkungan kerja psikoiogi dengan kecenderungan burn out pada perawat. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah ;I) Kecenderungan burn out berkorelasi dengan tipe kepribadian, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja psikologis. 2) Tipe kepribadian berkorelasi positii dengan kecenderungan burn out. Semakin tinggi skor kepribadian , semakin tinggi kecenderungan tipe kepribadian A dan semakin tinggi kecenderungan burn out. 3) Beban kerja berkorelasi positii dengan kecenderungan burn out semakin berat beban kerjanya, semakin tinggi kecenderungan bum out. 4) Lingkungan kerja psikologis berkorelasi negatif dengan kecenderungan burn out. Semakin baik lingkungan kerja psikologisnya semakin rendah kecenderungan bum out yang dialami. Seratus perawat RS.St. Elisabeth dilibatkan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode angket untuk skala (alat ukur) kecenderungan burn out kepribadian, beban kerja, dan lingkungan kerja psikologis. Metode statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi ganda dan korelasi parsial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada korelasi yang signifikan antara kepribadian , beban kerja, lingkungan kerja psikologis dengan kecenderungan burn out Ry123 sebesar 0.651. F 24.108 ,p 0.000 ; dan sumbangannya sebesar 43%. Sementara kepribadian berkorelasi sebe’sar r,= 0.097 ; beban kerja (ry) 0.231 dan lingkungan kerja psikologi berkorelasi negatif dengan kecenderungan burn out sebesar 0.448
This objective of this research was to study the correlation between personality , work load , psychologies work environment and the effect of burn out on nurse. The hypothesis are : 1) the effect of burn out has correlation between type of personality , work load, psychologies work environment. 2) the type of personality has a positive correlation in burn out, when the score of personality reach the higher position it effects on the effect of burn out in personality type A and the effect of burn out. 3) work load has a positive correlation with the effect of burn out, when the work load is getting hard it effects on increasing the effect of burn out. 4) psychologies work environment has a negative correlation with burn out. When psychologies work environment run smoothly , it can decrease in the effect of burn out. One hundred nurses of Saint Elisabeth Hospital chosen from a random sampling. They were given four kinds of questionnaire scales ; personality type scale, work load scale, the effect of burn out scale, and psychologies work environment scale. The method that used for this-research are double regression analysis and partial correlation. The research finding show that a significant correlation between personality , work load and the effect of bum out Ry123 =0.651 F 24.108 ,p 0.000 and contribute 43%. While personality has correlation r,= 0.097 ; work load (ry) 0.231. instead of that, psychologies work environment has a negative correlation with the effect of burn out 0.448.
