Perkembangan digitalisasi telah berdampak pada aspek kehidupan manusia. Digitalisasi di bidang sistem pembayaran terlihat dari perkembangan transaksi non tunai yang berbasis Quick Response (QR) Code. Indonesia telah memiliki standar pembayaran berbasis QR yaitu QRIS atau Quick Response Code Indonesia Standard. Paska diluncurkan tanggal 17 Agustus 2019, perkembangan QRIS menunjukkan tren yang positif secara nominal maupun frekuensi transaksi baik di lingkup nasional maupun Solo Raya. Berbagai pihak telah merasakan manfaat dari penggunaan QRIS, salah satunya adalah pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Hasil penelitian terdahulu menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan pembayaran digital berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM. Beberapa faktor yang mendorong UMKM untuk menggunakan pembayaran digital, yaitu faktor organisasi dan faktor lingkungan. Meskipun demikian, hasil penelitian memiliki kesimpulan yang beragam mengenai pengaruh faktor teknologi terhadap keputusan UMKM dalam menggunakan pembayaran digital. Penelitian dengan judul “Pengaruh Faktor Organisasi, Lingkungan, dan Pembelajaran terhadap Kinerja UMKM di Solo Raya melalui Penggunaan QRIS sebagai Faktor Pemediasi” dilakukan terhadap UMKM di wilayah Solo Raya yang telah menggunakan QRIS. Peneliti menggunakan faktor organisasi, lingkungan, dan pembelajaran sebagai penentu keputusan UMKM menggunakan QRIS. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM), diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa faktor organisasi dan faktor pembelajaran berpengaruh positif terhadap keputusan UMKM dalam menggunakan QRIS. Penelitian juga menyimpulkan bahwa penggunaan QRIS berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja UMKM di Solo Raya.

The development of digitalization has had an impact on aspects of human life. Digitalization in the field of payment systems can be seen from the development of QR-based non-cash transactions. Indonesia already has a QR-based payment standard, namely QRIS or Quick Response Indonesia Standard. After its launch on August, 17th, 2019. QRIS development showed a positive trend in terms of nominal and transaction frequency both nationally and in Solo Raya. Various parties have felt the benefits of using QRIS, one of which is Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The results of previous research concluded that the use of digital payments has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs. Several factors encourage MSMEs to use digital payments, namely organizational factors and environmental factors. However, research results have mixed conclusions regarding the influence of technological factors on MSME decisions in using digital payments. This research entitled “The Influence of Organizational, Environmental, and Learning Factors on The Performance of MSME in Solo Raya Using QRIS as a Mediating Factor” was conducted on MSMEs in the Solo Raya area that have used QRIS. Researchers use organizational, environmental and learning factors as determinants of MSME decisions using QRIS. By using the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach, it was concluded that organizational factors and learning factors had a positive influence on MSMEs' decisions in using QRIS. The research also concluded that the use of QRIS has a positive effect on the performance of MSMEs in Solo Raya.
